APFC panels as per Domain OEM requirements for correction of power factor of load and replacement of following APFC panel accessories for 415V 50 Hz supply in APFC panel including making connections, testing & commissioning i/c credit of old materialetc. complete as reqd. (As is where is basis) (Make: Domain)a) 10 KVAR round type three phase MPP capacitor - 4 nos.b) 15 KVAR round type three phase MPP capacitor - 4 nos.c) 20 KVAR round type three phase MPP capacitor - 10 nos.d) 8 stage Micro controller intelligent automatic relay -1 no.e) capacitor duty contactor 50 Amp CAP-24- 15 nos.f) LED indicator lamp- 18 nos. 2 Supplying and fixing following rating, three pole, 415 V, 10kA,C curve,miniature circuit breaker in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) 32 A 3 b) 63 A 4 Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, C curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required. a) Single pole 5 b) Double pole 6 Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacityand pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.a) 400A, 50 KA, FPMCCB 7 Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. a) 1 x 10 sq. Mm 8 Supplying, installation, testing and commissioning of 4 Pole Power Contactor with dust cover AC-1 rating 560 amp MCX 44 type with add on 2NO+2NC Auxilary contact block etc with equivalent model of and same frame size the work shall involve in complete work i/c modification of bus bar etc and control wiring as per the site condition as reqd. i/c dismantling the defective and credit for old dismantled materials. 9 Supplying and replacement of single phase 225mm sweep metal body Exhaust fan in the existing APFC panel including making connections, testing & commissioning and credit of old material etc. complete as reqd.
