Tender For Repair To Gates, Compound Wall And Fencing Of Bldg.No. 151; 1 Demolition : Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thickness (below or above Ground level) 2 Dismantling: Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc 3 RCC : Reinforced cement concrete, typeB1, 1:2:4 mix by using 20 mm graded aggregate in columns, beams, lintels, chajjas, cantilevers, etc. over 1.5m span, complete all as specified and directed. 4 PCC: Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 with 40mm graded aggregate, in foundations, floor, filling and mass concrete, comp-lete all as specified and directed. 5 Plastering: Rendering of 12mm thk. plastering with 1:4 cement mortar on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed. 6 ACP Panel: Supply, fabrication and fixing of Aluminium sandwich panel structure for Entrance Arch with aluminium panel of any colour and thickness 0.25mm (one on each side) over a 2.5mm PVC core. The ACP panel is to be fixed over MS box frame with the help of screws/tacks and adhesive (Rates include for MS frames) 7 Gates: (M&L) Rolled mild steel (Fe 410 Gd E 250 Qlty A) in framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 290, Gd E 165 including portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand made sliding bolts etc. 8 Structural Steel: Rolled mild steel of grade Fe 410 W (Gde E-250) qlty A in joists, channel, angle, tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) Make: Tata/Jindal/ Essar 9 Collapsible Gate: S&F collapsible steel gates, top hung, consisting of channel pickets, pivoted flat bars, top and bottom runners, brass handles etc., as specified, erected in position and securing runners with holdfasts and brackets. 10 Al Door Frame: Powder coated aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with pone or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified. 11 Al Door Shutter: Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 nos each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified. 12 Particle board: Prelaminated particle board, interior grade 12mm thk, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to timber framework. 13 Sheet Glass: Sheet glass 4mm thk. ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane 14 Enamel Paint: M&L Synthetic enamel painting on previously treated steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces , one coats complete all as specified and directed. Brand: Asian Paints Apcolite, Berger Luxol Gloss, Nerolac Impressions, Birla Opus 15 Concertina coil: S&F of single line concertina coil 600mm dia of thickness 2.5mm, galvanised, openable, 5m per coil, complete all as specified and directed. Material should confirm to IS: 4454, Part-I. Note: Material is to be supplied in coil & 5m per coil and to be fixed. 16 Razor Wire: S&F of 3 lines straight razor wire, complete all as specified and directed.
