Tender For Complete Testing And Healthiness Of Circuit Breakers Of 245 Kvcircuit Breakers & Spray Painting Of 220/132 Kv 160Mva Transformer Installed At 220 Kv Sub-Station Muradnagar Under Etd-Muradnagar - Complete Testing and Healthiness of Circuit Breakers of 245 KV Circuit Breakers installed at 220 KV Sub-Station Muradnagar a)-CB No.85(Bus Coupler Bay) Siemens Makeb)-CB No.86 (Autor Line) Siemens Make The scope of work includes following testing & necessary services. (i) Checking of Gas pressure.(ii)Checking/attending of gas pipes leakages.(ii)Checking of pressure switch setting & resetting if required.(iv)Attending of all indication lamps and adjustment cleaning of auxiliary contact & Necessary circuit checking.(v)Check of all cable connection of drive housing control cubical and in direction to the Auxiliary switches for fitting.(vi)Clean the insulators if they are dirty.(vii)Checking of overall conditions of breaker poles, insulators, connectors, Jumping conductors, breaker cubical and control kiosk.(viii) Checking to ensure all the amps are glowing attending of Annunciationckt&panel in all respect lubrication of moving parts of mechanism. (ix ) Checking of ON & OFF operations.(x)Determine operating times of the following operations.(xi)Closing-Opening operations(xii)Static & Dynamic contact resistance.(xiii ) Trip & Dynamic contact resistance.(xiv)Contact Travel.(xv)Contact Timing(xvi)Pole discrepancy time operation.Note- (i) C.B Analyser kit (Testing Equipment), T&P, Engineer, skilled Technician andOther testing Equipment Provided by Contractor free of cost. (ii) Submit the Testing Report (03 Copy) after completion of work. 2 Spray painting of 220/132 KV 160 MVA T/F with one coatof red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel light gray/bus green paint of Ist class quality i.e.Asian/Berger/Nerolac make after proper rubbing cleaning of oily surfaces with sand paper, scrapper, cloth and thinner etc. It also includes cost of all T&P, Man & Material i.e. paint/primer and other equipments at 220 KV S/S Muradnagar.Note- Spray Painting will be done after 24 Hrs. of one coat of red oxide primer paint.220/132 KV, 160 MVA T/F( CGL Make )
