Repair To Gi Charpoy Ply Top And Trade Pattern Furniture Items Under Ge W) Agra; 1 REPAIIR OF UNDER MENTIONED FRUNITURE ITEMS WILL BE CARRIED OUT AS FOLLOWS :-(a) Removing of old u/s parts without disturbing the adjoining parts of fruniture articles as mentioned below and S & F new parts in repair as per existing shape, size and specification duly planned and finished as shown on drawing complete all as specified and directed by GE / Engr- in -Charge.(b) Work will be executed on site in different user units / Md Accn under AOR of GE (W) Agra and BSO furniture Yard as directed by Engr -in- charge.(c) Plywood of different sizes as specified in furniture drg shall be make Archid / Green Ply / National ply/ Century adhereing specification as specified in furnitire drgs.(d)M&L for paintingto the fwg furniture articles of MES pattern viz F/DB/FD/MAP series /TP or similar items through spray painting with two coat synthetic enamel paint over old painted surfaces / new surfaces incl preparation of old surfaces by sanding and grindicomplete all as specified and directed. surface smooth by sanding/ grinding with satndard workmanship as directed by Engr-in-charge. Colour of paint shall be as directed by GE /EIC. 1.01 CHARPOY GI PIPE PLYTOP DRG NO FD 220/200 (R)Dismantling/ taking down existing old unserviceable plywood from GI pipe charpoy plytop and S&F new 12 mm thick BWR commercial plywood confirming to IS-303 of make Century/ Green ply /Archid of size 7 x 3 or of required size all around the ply of chapory complete as shown on drg or as directed by Engr-in- Charge. 1.02 Removing / taking down old unserviceable long rail fromn charpoy GI pipe without damaging the adjoing parts and S &F new long rail of size 1980mm made out of 32mm dia bore of GI pipe medium Grade ISI marked and made to shape by threading both ends upto 22mm for fixing to elbow of Charpay GI Pipe complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.03 Taking down old u/s short rail and S & F new short rail of reqd size made out of 32mm dia bore of GI pipe medium Grade ISI marked and made to shape by threading ends upto 22 mm for fixing to elbow of charpoy GI pipe complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.04 Taking down u/s legs and S & Fnew legs of reqd size made out of 32mm dia bore of GI pipe medium Grade ISI marked and made to shape by threading ends upto 22 mm for fixing to elbow of charpoy GI pipe complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.05 Taking down old unserviceable elbow from charpoy without damaging the adjoing parts and S&F new 3 way elbow GI medium grade ISI Marked suitable for 32 mm bore GI pipe complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.06 Taking down old unserviceable Check nut from charpoy without damaging the adjoing parts and S&F new GI Check nut medium grade ISI Marked suitable for 32 mm bore GI pipe complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.07 S & F in new 2 mm thick iron clamp duly painted with black enamel paint for support of FMN set of required size and shape on new legs installed against item no 04 above complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.08 Taking down old u/s iron clamps from charpoy GI plytop and S&F in repair new 2 mm thick iron clamp duly painted with black enamel paint for support of FMN set of required size and shape complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.09 Taking down old unserviceanble broken flat iron & S/F in repair new flat iron of size 35mm x 5mm thick 900mm length on long rail duly painted with black enamel paint complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.10 S/F new flat iron of size 35mm x 5mm thick 900 mm long duly painted with black enamel paint on new long rail installed against item No 02 above complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.11 Taking down old unserviceable broken MS Angle & fixing new MS Angle ( 75mm length) of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm thick with required size of nut and bolt including welding , painting and making holes by drilling complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.12 S/F new MS Angle ( 75mm length) of size 35mm x 35mm x 5mm thick on new long rail and short rail installed against item No 02 & 03 above with requiired size of nut and bolt including welding , painting and making holes by drilling complete all as shown on drg and as directed. 1.13 S&F 1.6 mm thick, 40 mm dia MS Sheet base plate welded on open end of legs of GI charpoy complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge. 1.14 Spot welding to Charpoy plytop wherever reqdall as specifed and directed. 2 CHARPOY WITH HARD TOP : FD/MAP-II/01 2.01 Dismantling/ taking down existing old unserviceable plywood and S&F new 12 mm thick BWR commercial plywood confirming to IS-303 of make Century/ Green ply /Archid of required size complete as shown on drg or as directed by Engr-in- Charge. 2.02 Welding to MS long rail / short rail and cleats joints which weding has been broken all as specifed and directed. 2.03 Removing of old shoe and S&F hard rubber shoe complete all as specified and directed 2.04 M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping of all MS portion and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting of approved shade as specified and directed. 2.05 S&F nut and bolts of required size of Chapoy with Hard top 3 CHARPOY IP FOLDING : FD/388R 3.01 Dismantling/ taking down existing old unserviceable plywood and S&F new 12 mm thick BWR commercial plywood confirming to IS-303 of make Century/ Green ply /Archid of required size complete as shown on drg or as directed by Engr-in- Charge. 3.02 Taking down old unserviceable leg and S & F new leg made of 25mm conduit piipe of wall thickness 2mm made in U shape to be fixed with rivets as shown in drg complete all as specified and directed by GE /EiC. 3.03 Welding to MS joints which weding has been broken all as specifed and directed. 3.04 Removing of old shoe and S&F hard rubber shoe complete all as specified and directed 3.05 M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping of all MS portion and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting of approved shade as specified and directed. 4 chair computer 4.01 Removing of old unsv cushion seat from chair and supply & fixing new cushion seat as per existing size and shape alongwith approved coloured fabric complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4.02 Removing of old unsv cushion back from chair and supply & fixing new cushion back as per existing size and shape alongwith approved coloured fabric complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4.03 Removing of old unsv arms from chair and supply & fixing new arms as per existing size and shape complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4.04 Removing of old unsv castors wheel from chair and supply & fixing new twin wheel castors as per existing size and shape complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. 4.05 Removing of old unsv five Pronged base and new 5 pronged base 10.5mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors as specified and directed. 4.06 Removing and S & F of new hydraulic mechanism /gas lift of 100mm stroke length and gas pressure of 300n force as existing. 4.07 M & L for de-rusting, denting, scrapping of all MS portion exposed to view and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint by spray painting of approved shade as specified and directed. 5 CHIAR VISITOR 5.01 Taking out old/unserviceable seat and supply and fix new seat of suitable size made of 12mm thick hot pressed ply wood with fabric of good quality and moulded polyurethane foam with PVC tipping all around complete al as shown on drawing 5.02 All as per item No 4.02 above but unserviceable back complete. 5.03 Taking out old broken/u/s arm rest of chair and supply and fix new arm rest made of plyurethane and rein forced with MS insert and shall be hard scratch and weather resistant. 5.04 Preparaton of old painted suraface by scraping & rubbing and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paintof approved shade or as directed to MS tubler frame of chair complete all as specified & directed.
