Tender For Comprehensive Maintenance And Rectifying Day To Day Complaints Of External Water Supply Of Sector A Under Ge (U) Ambala Cantt.; 1 Attending day to day complaints lodge in complaint register or ARunning MeterAAN app of interrupted/breakdown of external water supply and repair to make the continuity of external water supply after detecting & rectifying the defect by replacement of nipple, tee, union, socket etc or blockage in any pipe from 15mm to 25 mm size and other minor items such as required in order to make good the continuity of water supply to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.Note:- (a) This item pertains to attending & rectifying complaints of external water supply. Providing T&P and safety tools will be the responsibility of contractor as required in order to attend & rectify the complaint to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. screwed for GI pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. 38 S & F in repair PVC float valve 15 mm dia high pressure with polythene float and fly nuts complete screwed for GI pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed. 39 Supply, laying and testing in trenches 80 mm GI pipe of medium gradewith all connected fittings/ accessories including taking up/down old U/s pipe complete all as specified and directed. 40 Description all as per srl item No.6 here in before but of 50 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 41 Description all as per srl item No.6 here in before but of 40 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 42 Description all as per srl item No.6 here in before but of 25 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 43 Description all as per srl item No.6 here in before but of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 44 Description all as per srl item No.6 here in before but of 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 45 Supply & fixing gun metal gate valves 15 mm with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe of the following dia of pipe including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed. 46 Description all as per srl item No.12 here in before but of 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed. 47 Description all as per srl item No.12 here in before but of and getting out complete all as specified and directed . 51 Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed. 52 Removal of excavated soil surplus to the requirement to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 53 Supplyand fixing ductile iron fitting for spigot and socket /flanged pipe such as bends (any type radius and angle) tapers any type ( straight, bends, increasing, decreasingor double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, Y junction, double branch , cross collers , caps and plugs upto 200 mm bore incl taking down existing complete all as specified and directed. 54 Supply and fix Cast iron sluice valve 80 mm dia, flanged ends, stem (spindle) of SS (forged)and check nut of gun Metal, PN rating 1.6, working parts confoRunning Metering to IS :14846, and flanged ends having drilling as per IS:1538 including taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed. 55 Repacking / repair stuffing box of sluice valve spindle with suitable size gland of make champion / turner including taking apart and reassembling of size 80 to 300mm bore size complete all as specified and directed. 56 Taking out sluice valves refacing, regrinding and refixing including replacing spindle and check nut and make serviceable of size 80 to 300mm bore size complete all as specified and directed. 57 M&L for repairing to existing CI/DI/GI pipe line, leakage by caulking of lead joint or any other means like fixing a D-Joint or clamp with rubber sheet at the place of leaking joints in running water pipe line including necessary excavation and material complete all as specified and directed.Note:- For 200mm/150mm/100mm/80mm bore CI/DI pipe, fitting such as clamps,nut bolts, D-Joint or any other fittings if required will be provided by the contractor and its cost is included in the quoted item rate. 58 Complete removal of the wild grass/ vegetation from surrounding area of OHTs, Tubeswells/Boosters and installations area and making the surface clear and plain and spraying roundup chemical on the same clean areaas directed after removing and depositing the same at a distance not less than 50 mtr away from the site complete all as specified and directed.Note- All necessary T&P will be provided by the contractor and no extra amount will be paid seperately. 59 Cutting existing road and Material & labour for repair of damaged road/path/surfaces by proper ramming of soil and filled with WBM, hardcore & Premix carpet including making good road surface as per existing specifications complete all as specified and directed. 60 Note:-Amount of credit ofRs. 27,445.00 for retrieved materials is mentioned in Schedule of Credit Page No. 17 of tender doCubic Meterents in pdf foRunning Meter which will be deducted offline while
