Tender For Provision Of 08 X Furniture Items For D And E Coy Against Condemned / Svy Off Furniture Under Ge 860 Ews.; 1.01 Almirah Large Steel 1/2H 1/2S FD/E6/MAP/18 Overall size of almirah large steel is 1900mm high, 910mm wide and 490mm deep. The MS sheet used for making sides, front, drawers, partitions, base and shelves of the almirah shall be of 20 gauge except the back which shall be of 22 gauge. Three shelves shall be fixed at an equidistant position as shown in drg. The locker of the almirah shall be provided with safety handle and lock. The front two doors of the almirah shall be fixed with 75mm long hinges three on each side with proper rivet and welding. The weight of the almirah shall not be less than 68 kgs The shelves shall be welded to sides and back of almirah internally as shown on drg. One chromium plated rod of 20mm dia shall be fixed at 75mm below the top for hanging purpose. The entire almirah shall be treated with granular silver-grey shade irrespective of what is shown on drg. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as per drg. 2.01 Charpoy with Hard Top FD/MAP-II/01 Overall size shall be 1980mm long, 900mm wide and 440mm high. Two long rails and two short rails shall be of 25mmx65mmx16 gauge MS rectangular pipe. The legs shall be of size 32mmx32mmx16 gauge welded to long and short rails as shown on drg. Two stiffeners of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided in equidistant between two opposite long rails. Six number cleats of size 25mmx60mmx6mm shall be welded with frame to support ply. Two stiffeners joining legs of size 25mmx25mmx16 gauge shall be provided at 150mm from ground level .12mm thick commercial plywood shall be provided for top as shown on drg with proper nut and bolt .One nut and bolt shall also be provided at centre of each stiffeners for fixing the plywood irrespective of what is shown on drg. PVC hard rubber shoes shall be fixed at bottom of each leg. All steel surfaces shall be painted with synthetic enamel black in color before applying a coat of primer. Painting shall be done with spray machine. Rest all as per drg 2.02 Chair Push back Revolving TP Make-Geeken Model No GB-401/Empire royal koas Model No. ESC/DR/05/Eezy Model No. 785 2.03 Sofa set five seater (3+1+1) FD/MAP-II/02 Overall size of three seat piece shall be 1730mm long, 745mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. Overall size of one piece shall be 670mm long and 745 mm wide and 530mm high up to arm rest level. The sofa set to seat five shall consist of one large three seat piece and two small one seat pieces. All wood shall be of first-class teak wood (MP) legs of sofa set shall be 70mm x35mm in section teak wood. Front legs shall be joined by 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rail in front. Front and rear legs shall be joined with 100mm x 35mm in section wooden rails in sides. The top of front rail and side rails shall be 300mm from bottom of legs. Three wooden bearers of 40mm x 40mm in section shall be provided below the seat to support wood battens of 50mm x 20mm in section. 21 numbers wooden battens shall be provided for the seat of large three seat set and 7 numbers wooden battens shall be provided to the set of one seat set. Arm rests shall be made to shape of size 70mm x 35mm in section teak wood. Back rest shall be made as frame of 70mm x 35mm in section wooden horizontal at bottom and top and vertical sides slanting as 560mm, 14 numbers battens of teak wood shall be provided for the long seat and four numbers of battens shall be provided for one seat in the wooden frame of back rest. 30mm x 50mm in section wooden rail to support back frame shall be provided joining the rear legs, 100mm thick seat cushion and back cushions shall be of size 530mm x 560mm (three numbers in seat and three numbers in the back for the large seat). In one seat sofa chair the cushion shall be one in back and one in seat of size 530mm x 560mm. The cushion shall be of cool foam or any other superior quality foam of 32 density as approved by Engineer-in-charge. Cushion shall be covered with approved color tapestry cloth or as directed by Engineer-in-charge. The cost of tapestry cloth shall not be less than ` 350/- per metre which shall be verified and certified by GE before approving sample. All wood surface exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with lacquer finish rest. Rest all as per drg. 2.04 Table Dining 6 Persons FD/MAP-II/03 DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 1800mm long, 900mm wide and 750mm high. DESCRIPTION: All wood shall be of first-class teak wood (MP). The top shall be of prelaminated MDF board of 18/19mm thick with 4mm thick teak wood beading all-round the edges of the top fixed with headless nails and adhesive on long sides only. Four legs shall be 90mm×45mm in section and 750mm high. Legs shall be joined by 45mm×90mm teak wood rails in long and short sides at top in such a way that top of legs and top of rails shall be at one level.25mmX45mm teak wood wooden member of size 900mm long shall also be provided as shown in drg. Two stiffeners of 90mm×25mm in section shall be fixed equally spaced joining the long rails with dove tailed joints. Four wooden brackets /corners of size 100mmx100mmx35mm thick shall also be provided over 150mmx30mmx5mm angle iron bracket. 25mm×25mm PVC shoes shall be provided at the bottom of the table. Rest all as per drgs FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall given high gloss French polish with lacquer 2.05 Peg Table FD-277 DIMENSION; Overall size shall be 450mm long, 300mm wide and 380mm high. DESCRIPTION: Legs shall be of teak wood of section 30mmx50mm. The legs shall be 362mm high. 5mmx5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position. Two no’s top rails of section 20mmx40mm of teak wood shall be provided connecting legs. Two bottom rails of size 20mmx40mm shall be fixed between the legs. A center stiffener of size 20x40mm shall be provided at centre of side bottom rails for extra support irrespective of what is shown on drg. Top of table shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board of approved shade. 4mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided all-round the top edges of table. FINISH: All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be French polished with high lacquer finish. Rest all as per drg. 2.06 Chair Dining FD/MAP-II/04 Overall size shall be 950mm high,450mm wide and 450mm deep. The size of the legs shall be 40x50mm .Front and side rails shall be of size 25x65mm. Stiffeners of size 20mmx25mm three in no’s shall be fixed as specified in drg. 75x75x25 teak wood stopper shall be fixed with main frame and legs four no’s each in every corner for the support of the cushion and seat ply. 75mm thick 40 density cushion of approved foam (Kurlon/ sleepwell) covered with approved tapestry cloth shall be fixed over 12mm thick ply as specified in drg. Side frame of back of the chair shall be of section 40x50mm. Four teak wood vertical stiffeners of section 20x30mm shall be fixed in back of chair. 25mm dia and 25mm high nylon buffers shall be provided to bottom of all legs. The curved teak wood back shall be of section 30x45mm.All sizes shall be taken as stated in specification, irrespective of what is shown on drg. All wood surfaces shall be lacquer polished with high gloss finish of walnut shade. Rest all as per drg. 2.07 Chair Easy FD-229 DIMENSION: Overall size shall be 510 mm long, 575mm wide and 720mm high. DESCRIPTION: - All wood shall be first class teak (MP). Front legs shall be 30mmx55mm in section and 355mm high up to seat level. Rear legs shall be of 30mmx55mm in section and 300mm high up to seat level and slanting 50mm away from vertical. Front, back and side rails of seat shall be out of 30mmx55mm in section and made to shape as shown on drawing. front, back and side rails shall join the front and rear legs at 355mm high and 300mm high in rear Teak wood arm rests shall be provided at 150mm above seat level and shall be of 30mmx55mm in section as shown on drawing. Back rest shall be made of frame consisting of top horizontal rail of 30mmx100mm in section out of 60mmx100mm teak wood made to shape as shown on drawing and lower horizontal rail of back rest shall be of 30mmx100mm in section joined together by vertical side rails of 30mmx25mm in section teak wood to form the frame |Caning shall be done with plastic cane of 2mm wide and 0.4mm thick half round gola type weighing not less than 6gms in ten running meters. Caning shall be done in Godrej pattern. PVC shoes 25mmx25mm shall be provided at the bottom of all legs. FINISH: - All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be given high gloss French polish with lacquer finish.
