Note : Earth work and PCC shall be measured separately. 24 Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, erection of poles and stays in soft soil type not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 25 Excavation in trenches for laying under ground cable, in PCC /Floor/Road/path etc not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep and getting out in hard / dense soilcomplete all as specified and directed. 26 Excavation in soft /loose soil in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth but not exceeding 3.0 mtr in depth and getting outgetting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed. 27 Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed. 28 Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L for Sand cushioning to under ground cable in trenches/existing cable trenches/ductsin layers of 8 cm deep before laying the cable and 15 cm deep after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.Note :- Measurement shall be taken after gentling puning of sand (i.e 18 cm) 30 Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 withsize 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and directed. 31 M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed. 32 M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed. 33 Material & labour for Repair and maintanance of 11 KV HT RMU indoor/outdoor type, each wayof RMU 630 Amp rating,SF6 breaker 5 way (Make:- C&S) from HT Panel after switching off electric supply. Removal of all the possiblemechanical/electrical /control system for proper functioning e.g. spring charge system, triping system,indication system, includingchecking the quality of insulating material, complete & refixing with faulty part replacedblowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling theincluding motorised operation andconnection to HT panel & filling of gas (if quantity is lesser than required) and make the RMU functional to the entire satisfactionand as directed bytheEngineer-in-charge. Note:- (i) check the leakage of SF6 gas fro RMU andSF6 gas charging will be measured separetely. (ii) Repairing/servicing shall be carried out through O.E.M of manufactures engineering/technician.
