Tender For Repair To Certain Roads And Road Furniture Items Under Area Of Age Br I Of Ge East Jrc At Jalandhar Cantt.; 1 M & L for repair to pot holes, any depth not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweepingfree from dust and mud, or water scoring sunken surfaces in road path etc cutting around edges, at least 25mm in depth and making goodby applying tack coat using paving bitumen @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg Per Ten Sqm blinded with 0.09 cum stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply ofpremixed macadam binder and chippings) depth of pot hole exceeding 30mm complete all as specified anddirected. 2 M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less). with paving bitumen any penetration @ 4% by weight of total mix completerolling to uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. 3 M&L for preparing of black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat of paving bitumen VG-10 at the rate of 5 Kgs per 10 square metre of existing road surface laying bituminous pre-mix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content paving bitumen VG 30mixed in hot mix plant, laid, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to12 tonne power road roller complete all as specified and directed. 4 M&L for providing and marking broken centre line /side lines /Zebra lines on road pavement and the like of any description and width with thermoplasitc paint 2.5 mm thickhot applied with machine conforimng to BS-3262 and according to the specification laid down by IRC & MOST (Ministry of Surface Transport) specification 2001(4th revision) complete all as specified and directed. 5 Supply and fixing road studs high density reflective lens ABSplasticbody yellow coloured 90 x 100x 17 mm fixed with nails and adhesive including taking down old road studs in any type,complete all as specified and directed.
