Kothey KalyanaOld. 2 Repairs to 5 cusec x 10 meter headend casing pump by way of decoupling of 30 HP motor of pumping unit no IV from pump and then dismantling the motor and pump from the base frame. Carriage & shifting of dismantled motor and pump of LIS Kothey Kalyana Old on head load to roadside using manual labour and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Repairs to 5 cusec x 10 meter head pump by way of dismantling spiral casing pump of pumping unit no IV at workshop by completely draining of old oil from the bearing housing and extraction of all worn out/damaged parts,i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeve, bush, check nut, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs.Repairs to pump impeller by metal filling through welding of worn out portions and turning and finishing to original size . Repairs topump shaft and finishing to original size. Providing and fitting of two numbernew bearingsand one numberthrust bearing number , neck ring,shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, fabrication of new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs. Completely cleaning of bearing housing to remove dust and metal residue.Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing & filling of pump bearing housing with fresh M-oil upto the required level. Assembling of pump with motor and connecting with suction and delivery pipes. Providing of new nuts and bolts with rubber gaskets. Providing and fitting of graphite packing. Repairs to 30 HP motor of pumping unit no IVby extracting out old damaged winding manually and cleaning of stator slots. Complete rewinding of the stator by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. Varnishing after rewinding of stator. Repair to rotor shaft by way of welding, turning and finishing to required size.Providing and fitting of new bearings-2 no’s on driving and non driving end, bearing plates- 2 no’s, end terminals, nuts and bolts. Providing and fitting of 10 feet aprox 200mm MS pipe and two No. flanges for the unit no III at LIS Kothey Kalyana Old. Weldingof the flanges with the pipe and then with the help of gasketand nuts and bolts,fitting the piece at the end of the suction pipeline to make it leakproof and then fittment of the footvalve thereafter. The complete job includes material cost ,welding charges,carriage chargesandlabour charges etc. Providing anf fitting of the new coupling pulley as per the shaft size after replacing the old damaged one along withnew coupling bolts and bushes. Alignment of the pumping unit after fittment of the pulley with the unit . The complete job includes material cost ,carriage chargesandlabour charges etcShifting back and installation after carrying out repairs of motor,starter & pump to site. Testing of pumping unit on no load and full load.The job includes the cost of materials , labour charges installation and testing at site. Complete job.Note:-The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, felt necessary if required at the time of actual execution may be /done as per actual site conditions.
