Repairs to 80 Kva Voltage Stabilizer Installed At Lisharapeer Along With Allied Electro-Mechanical Works.- 1 Repairsto 80 KVA voltage stabilizer installed at LISHarapeer along with allied electro-mechanical works. 2 Repairs andrewinding of 80 kva voltage stabilizer installed at lift irrigation stationHarapeer by way of disconnecting incoming and outgoing power connections from voltage stabilizer. Draining of existing transformer oil in barrel.Shifting of voltage stabilizer to nearest road using manual labour, carriage vehicle tools and tackles, then to workshop by using carriage vehicle. Dismantling of voltage stabilizer at workshop by way of extracting out the inner frame, extracting out the 3 No’s damaged coils and rotary switch. Rewinding of 3 No’s coils using standard quality copper wire of appropriate gauge, varnishing with two coats of standard make varnish and proper insulation. Filtration of existing transformer oil and toping up with 80 liters of fresh transformer oil after cleaning the tank to remove carbon deposits.Shifting of the repaired voltage stabilizer to installed position at lift irrigation station, Harapeer by mechanical transport and then by manual labour . Installation of the voltage stabilizer by connecting incoming and outgoing power cables. Testing of voltage stabilizer on no load and full load conditions.Job includes cost of material including rebate on old copper scrap/ material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles, carriage charges, installation and testing charges at site. Replacement of 4 No LV bush rods and bushes for the 100kva Transformer.Disconnectingof transformer from HT lines and then taking out the damaged bushes and bush rods and replacing it with the new ones then making connections on LT side with the help of thimbles and insulating tape. The job inclides cost of material ,carriage cost and labour charges. Repair to 300 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no I by way of dismantling parts. Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust.Fabrication of foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fitting it with foot valve at the end of suction pipe. Note:-The Tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rateas per site conditions.The firm should offer rebate on old material. 3 Rebate on Old Parts
