College Ground Water Harvesting Structure. - Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:4 including raking of joints etc. complete fine finish:20 mm thick. 2 Providing and fixing steel gate grating and grills made of angles, tees, square bars or other flats black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide. 3 Painting with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work 4 Earth work in excavation in foundation trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 Mtr, including taking out the excavated soil and depositing and refilling of jhiri with watering && ramming and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed with in lead of 50 mtr. All kinds of soil. 5 Providing and laying in position cement concrete including curing, compaction etc. complete in specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 6 Brick work with F.P.S. bricks of class designation 75 in super structurein all shapes and sizes in :Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 7 Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . 50 mm thick 8 Supplying and Filling in plinth with blown sand under floors including watering ramming consolidating and dressing complete including cost of sand. 9 Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work including preparation of base with primer, putty, lippy complete in all respect. 10 Centering and shuttering with plywood or steel sheets including strutting, propping, bracing both ways and removal of formwork for foundations in basements rafts, footings, strap beams, bases of columns , etc. up to plinth level. 11 Providing and laying in position specified grade ofcement concrete forall RCC structural elements upto plinth level including curing, compaction, finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and making good the joints and cost of plastizers( if required) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement. M20 grade Nominal Mix / Design Mix 12 Providing and fabricating reinforcement using steel ofIS:1786-1989 for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding (including cost of binding wire) all complete up to floor three level. Tremo Mechanically treated bars (confirming of relevent IS Code) 13 Construction of tube well from ground level & up to 100 mtr depth to accommodate housing and assembly pipe of following sizes in all type of alluvium strata unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by percussion/rotary drilling method as per IS: 2800 part 1:1991 and IS 2800 part II:1979 (both amendend up to date) and technical specifications, with gravel as per IS:4097-1967 and its packing as per IS: 2800 (part I & II) 1979 as amended up to date (the work includes the cost of gravel & its primary packing and packing during development, lowering of housing & strainer assembly pipes with supply and wrapping of coir-rope, wherever necessary for arresting fine sand particles and development work, but excluding the cost of housing and strainer pipe assembly). The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water.Nominal bore 200 mm Dia. 14 Add 15% extra on nabove item (Item no. 2.1.1 to 2.1.3) for drilling depth beyond 100 mtr and upto 200 mtr, rate shall be applicable for only extra depth beyond 100mtr and up to 200 mtr. 15 Supply of ISI mark AC pressure pipe class 15 manufactured By MAZZA process as per IS: 1592-2003 or amended up to date, for casing of tube well for following dia nominal bore, with jointing material PVC coupler as per technical specification and direction of engineer in charge 200 mm nominal dia 16 Making slots of hole size and Nos. as directed by EIC in AC pressure pipe class 15 as per technical specification for using slotted pipe in TW casing 17 Supplying & PackingP-gravel suitable for slot size/mesh size as suggested in IS 2800 (Part-1) 1991 or as per amended up to date. 18 Dismantling upto 1.5m in foundation and/or 1.5m above ground level including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material, and stacking serviceable material withina lead of 1000m. A GI nipple having outside thread ofsize 1/2 (for installation pressure gauge) shall be provided &welded with 80mm GI nipple near top plate nipple shall be provided with end plug. 200 mm dia 20 Rigid PVC pipe P&F rigid PVC Pipe (IS:4985 mark) class II/ (4 Kg. /Cm2.) approved quality /makeincluding joining the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant. 160 mm dia 21 Development of tube well having depth up to 250 mtr as per IS:11189-1985 and IS: 2800 (Part -I) 1991 (both amended up to date) using suitable methods to give sand free water for required yield of the gravel packed tube well.
