Tender For Provision Of South-West Side Security Wall At Csir-Ceeri, Pilani; 1 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead within CEERI campus as per direction of Engineer in Charge. 2 All kinds of soil 3 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead within CEERI campus and lift upto 1.5 m. 4 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 5 1:2:4 (1 Cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) 6 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) 7 Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat with steel primer and painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved makes all complete. 8 Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking lead of within CEERI campus (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) and disposal of unserviceable material within CEERI campus lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 9 In cement mortar 10 Dismantling steel work manually/ by mechanical means in built up sections without dismembering, dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within CEERI campus lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 11 Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) (Bricks are supply by the department free of cost) 12 Hire charges of Hydraulic excavator (JCB) including diesel and driver for cutting, filling earth along the wall & embankment earth near wall, clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation, grass, brush wood etc.as per direction of Engineer In charge 13 Hire charge of Tractor with Trolley including diesel and driver for removing Cutting, filled earth lead within CEERI campus etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 14 Supplyof Precast Prestress RCC M-35, Boundary wall of 3.05 mtr height from ground level with precast panels of Size 2010X300X50 mm, Columns Of size 3600X150X150mm with using 4 mm dia high Tensile Steel Reinforcement wires, minimum no. of wires in Column 7 & minimum No. of wires in Panels 3 No.s , having Foundation size 600x600 mm, 700mm below ground level (including earthwork and refilling the same) columns to be grouted by Cement Concrete 1:2:4(1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)including Centering and shuttering , along with 1 feet 6 inches overhang of Y angle of size 50X50X6 mm, 300 mm embedded/ bolted in above columns, having 8 rows of GI barbed wire and 2 feet dia concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos. rounds per 6 metre length, with angle iron Y shaped placed on above columns and with 8 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ meter having minimum 20 micron of galvanising including applying is priming, coat ofsteel primer & painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give and even shade with two or more coats as per direction of Engineer In Charge.
