Tender For Painting works on residential buildings of new DCRTPP colony, HPGCL, Yamuna Nagar-- 1 [11.5.3]12 mm cement plaster of mix : 3. 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 2 [11.6.1]15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1. 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) 3 [11.60]Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. 4 [11.69.1]Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. 1. With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre 5 [11.76]Preparation of ply wood surface for painting including sand papering the surface and applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of white lead, linseed oil, varnish and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to required finish complete. 6 [30.21]Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete 7 [30.25.1]Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litreof approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : 1. Old work (one or more coats) 8 [30.28.1]Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : 1. One or more coats on old work 9 [30.37.1]Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : 1. Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface
