Tender For Special Repair To E/M Infrastructure In Technical Area At Af Stn Naliya; 1 Taking down carefully point wiring complete of any type, batten/ surface conduit, for light point, fan point, bell point socket point or power point, and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed. 2 Taking down sub main wiring of any size from the ceiling, walls etc and making good to disturbed surface of wall to match with the existing surface. 3 Taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet boxes, DBs with MCBs complete all as specified & directed. 4 M&L for point wiring for one light/fan/socket 5 Amps point on independent board controlled by one, one way switch complete with 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawn through and including heavy duty ERW conduit not less than 20mm dia concealed type, including all accessories like bend, tees, junction boxes etc. including 1.5 Sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated, unsheathed, fire retardant low smoke cable as a earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Point wiring will be done from Main DB. Length of point wiring may be beyond 5 mtrs and no extra amount for long point wiring will be considered. Note:- 02 Runs of main cable and one run earth wire with conduit will be measured as one RM for payment. 10 S&F in repair switch flame proof rotary type with termination box in LM6, 16A, single pole 250V complete all as specified and directed. 11 S&F in repair Flame proof switch socket & plug combined in LM6 cable termination box in LM6, 16A, 250V 2P+earth complete all as specified and directed. 12 S & F in repair flameproof/weatherproof LED flood Light Fittings 150 Watt complete all as specified and directed. 13 S & F in repair flameproof/weatherproof LED flood Light Fittings 120 Watt complete all as specified and directed. 14 S& F in repair/replacement of LED light fitting 1x70 Watt flame proof, CMRI certified recommended for gas/ vapor group of IIA & IIIB, Zone 1 & 2 and IP65 protection with die cast aluminium housing with heat resistant toughened glass with LED light fixture driver, holder, connector etc. complete with all accessories prewired and including connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size complete all as specified and directed. 15 S&F in repairs flameproof weatherproof TPN 8 way distribution panel aluminum die cast alloy in LM6 material sheet metal enclosure including MCCB 63Amp TPN (Incomer) and 06 Nos MCB TPN 40 Amp (Outgoing) terminal, wiring and including all fitting accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed. 16 S&F in repairs flameproof weatherproof distribution board aluminum die cast alloy in LM16 material sheet metal enclosure including MCB 63 Amp TPN (Incomer) and 12 Nos SP 6-32 Amp (Outgoing) terminal, wiring and including all fitting accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed. 17 S&F in repairs flameproof weatherproof distribution board aluminum die cast alloy in LM6 material sheet metal enclosure including MCB 32 Amp SPN (Incomer) and 06 Nos SP 6-32Amp (Outgoing) terminal, wiring and including, all fittings accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed. 18 M & L for provision of chemical earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 90cmx60cm x 5 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to depth not less than 3.00 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including Copper strip of 32x6mm as earth lead up to 7.5 mtr long fixed by means of bolts, nuts, cheek nuts and washers or brazing etc. of galvanised iron or steel including provn of GI protection pipe light grade of 40mm bore and connected to earth strip earthing test point all as shown in electrical plate No.5 of SSR Part-1 2009 and as specified or indicated and testing on completion including necessary excavation & earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, precast slab 50mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4)type B1 (reinforced with welded steel wire fabric (XPM) of weight not less than 4kg/sqm) with frame, funnel with watering pipe of 15mm bore medium grade, wire mesh and lugs, test point including salt (150Kg), Coal dust(100Kg) & Magnesium sulphate (150Kg) including refilling of earth pit with cultivated soil and removal of surplus soil upto 50mtrs apart etc. complete all as directed by EIC. Note:- Copper strip exceeding 7.5m long shall be measured & paid separately. The earth resistance value less than 1 ohm. Failing to achieve the value the contractor shall be re do the earthing without any extra cost. 19 S & F in repair Copper strip 32x6 mm fixed with saddles, insulators and screws etc for roof/wall conductor and down conductor above ground, including brazing at jointscomplete alt as directed by EIC. 20 S & F in repair galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm fixed with saddles, insulators and screws etc for roof/wall conductor and down conductor above ground, including brazing at joints complete all as directed by EIC. 21 M & L for earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm buried directly in ground with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mts below normal ground level and connected to earth test point by means of 32x6 mm GI strip all as specified and shown in electric plate No.5 including earthwork PCC chamber, CI cover, protection and watering pipe, funnel, mesh etc all as required at site and all as directed. 22 S&F kiosk box (junction box) of size 100mm dia 4 way for luminaries, flame proof, weather proof comprising of MCB SP 10 Amps fixed on wall with screws complete all as specified and as directed. 23 Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 4 sqmm 3 core. 24 Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth including getting out for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed. 25 Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed. 26 Removing surplus excavated material (soils) from site not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed. 27 M & L for sand filling in trenches with clean dry sand unwashed including gently pruning around cables (23cm depth of sand to be punned down to 15cm) complete all as specified. Note:- Punned thickness to be measured for payment complete all as specified and directed. 28 Supply & Laying only un-reinforced Precast concrete cable cover of class LV type I flat size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm for protection for cable complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and directed. 29 M&L in repair MS flat iron of 4 mm, MS sheet of thickness 4 mm and 40x 40 x 5mm thick angle iron frame, cutting, brazing and welding work for accommodating/fixing flame proof lights and switch sockets by drilling holes and fastening with nut/bolts etc. applying two coat of red oxide primer and finally applying aluminium paint, all as specified and directed. 30 S&F in repair LED Aviation obstruction light (Twin LED aviation obstruction light) of Red colour, 20 watt, 230V AC, IP65 protection fully vermin and weather proof aluminium body self contained wire compartment complete all as specified and directed.
