    Tender For Rectification of Sf-6 Gas Leakage In 145 Kv Circuit Breaker (Abb Make) At 132 Kv S/S Badlapur Under Etd-Ii, Jaunpur - Trectification of SF-6 Gas Leakage from Poles of 145 KV SF-6 ABB Make, type LTB 145 D1/B Circuit Breaker of 20 MVA Transformer Bay at 132 KV Sub Station badlapur. Work consist of (a) to identifiy SF-6 gas leakage with the help of SF-6 gas leakage detector and pole non-operating problems (b) Dismentle identified pole from breaker structur bt help of hydra (c) Dismentle all components of pole and ereplace all O rings/gas kit by applying anabond 661 {Gas Sale Out} after through cleaning of part (d) replacement of pull rod for pole moving contact (e) re-assable all parts of the pole (f) apply vacuum and keep it for 24 hrs. and check no loss of vacuum (g) erection of pole onto structure using hydra (h) fill SF-6 gas upto soecified value (i) check satisfactory close/trip operation both by locan and remote. All Spare parts of Breaker will be provided by contractor.
