In The Garden Inside The Club At Vijay Nagar, Hariparvat Zone Room No. 86. - Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or mud mortar and including stacking of material as directed by E/IC with in a distance of 60 meters (200 feet) 2 E/W cutting in or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of a regular pits not exceeding 0.50m in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5m lift and 30 m lead. The earth in form of cutting (b) to be used as spoil banks within 50m distance as directed by the engineer-in-charge including royalty 9.00 cum. 3 Cartage of silt, sludge kankar and other disposable organic material etc. all complete with labor T&P including cartage of 8 km. 4 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:5:10 (1 Cement :5 Fine Sand :10 Stone Ballast 40 mm guages) and curing complete, including cost of form work in foundation and floors. 5 M-150 Brick work in 1:4 with Cement and coarse sand including supply of all material, labor T & P etc. required for proper completion of work. 6 12MM Thick cement plaster in single coat of fair side of single of half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles chamfers and rounded angles not including 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. No extra for missing any additive. 1 cement : 4 Coarse Sand. 7 Providing and laying cement concrete in 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone) aggregate (20 mm nominal size) and cutting complete including cost of form work. In foundation and floors. 8 Red sand stone work for wall lining etc. 30 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 course sand) including capping jointing in white cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 stone dust) with an admixture of pigment matching the stone sand. 9 Finishing walls with exterior emulsion paint (Apex) of approved brand and manufactured and of required shade and undecorated wall surface to give even shade over @ 1.25 Ltr/10sqm including one coat of primer applied @ 0.75Ltr./10sqm coat curing and cost of all material, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of work for two coat. 10 Supply and fixing of black granite stone board and approved standard matter with brick work, plaster & paint etc. all complete. 11 Sub Total (A) 12 Add / Deduction For Estimate Figure Amount Match 13 Grand Total
