Tender For Urgent Renovation And Rearrangement Of Furniture As Necessary For Pre And Post Repairing Work And Setting Good After Work Of The Office Building Of The Assistant Director Of Agriculture, Mathurapur-Ii Block, South 24-Parganas.-1.01 Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars. (Ground floor) 1.02 Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:4 cement mortar, 10 mm thick plaster 1.03 (ii) With (1:4) cement mortar, 15 mm Thk Plaster 1.04 Taking out existing partition/ceiling of particle board, masonite board, ply board, soft board etc. of any thickness and refixing same in new position with necessary clamps making holes in walls, floor, roof and mending damages if any.[concreteplaster will be paid separately] 1.05 Partition of commercial ply as per design fitted and fixed complete (excluding the supporting framework but including necessary teak wood battens of size 40mmx 25 mm) 6mm thick. 1.06 Lifting up bodily (1.5 x 0.9 x 0.9) meters wooden work bench table with drawers or reagent racks along with sink and waste pipe and removing the same outside the room carefully without disturbing or damaging other furniture and resetting again after completion of channel drain construction. 1.07 Mazdoor (Male) [for shifting of office furnitures fittings, etc. for repair work and rearranging the same after work.] 1.08 Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement). Using grey cement (i) 25 mm. thick 1.09 Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal /Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge 1.10 Distribution Wiring in 1.1 KV grade 2x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in suitable size PVC casing-capping (Precision make) with 1x22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) single core stranded FR PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. to 5A 3 pin flush type plug socket with piano key type switch (Anchor make) fixed on sheet steel fabricated CRC MS switch board with bakelite/perspex (wall matching color) top cover of 3 mm thick flushed in wall by housing the board after cutting brick wall incl. necy. connection making earthing attachment, painting and mending good damages to building works [PVC casing-capping and plug box both on surface] On Board. 1.11 Acrylic Distemper to interior wall, ceiling with a coat of solvent based interior grade acrylic primer (as per manufacturers specification) including cleaning and smoothning of surface. Two Coats 1.12 Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturers specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. Normal Acrylic Emulsion 2.00 TOTAL WITHOUT GST AND LABOUR CESS 3.00 Including GST @ 18% 4.00 Including Cess @ 1%
