Detailed Design , Construction , Commissioning of 15 MGD Capacity Raw Water Intake Jetty (civil part) , Jetty Mounted Pump House and Sub-Station Building with all related Civil work all Complete with Supply , Installation , Testing and Commissioning , Trial run & Three years Operation & Maintenance (O&M) of 1700 CuM/Hr Capacity Jetty Mounted RWPS with all related civil & Electro-Mechanical Work all complete within North Barrackpore Municipality on Turn Key basis.-2 Construction of fixed type Intakejetty of Capacity 15 MGDfor facilitating erection of suction assembly, accommodating pumping machinery, working bay and also act as marine protection to the pump and other assemblies etc in tidal rivers supported on piles of appropriate size with appropriate design depth and Pile diameter all complete as per the Standard specification , Vetted Design & Drawing. Jetty head = 25 m x 15 m (minimum)Gangway = 28 m x 12 m (Minimum) ( The dimesion may Change according to KoPT(SMPK) report. So rate will be quoted accordingly.No extra payment will be made. 3 Construction of Pump House and Sub-Station building for 15 MGD Capacity Intake Jetty with Panel room , Battery room , Switch room & Cable trench all Complete as per the Standard specification , Vetted Design & Drawing. 4 Hydro-graphic Survey, feasibility study , River Bank Protection Work etc as per the Standard Design &specification 5 Construction of Boundary Wall , approach road , MS Ornamental Gate , internal Service road , drain , land Development , Pipelines etc all Complete as per the Standard specification and rest of the Civil work all complete. 6 Defect Liability with Civil O&M Work for 36 months all complete after Commissioning. 7 (Electro-Mechanical Part of Work) 8 Design, Supply ,installation, testing & commissioning of V. T. Pump having a head discharge characteristic of 1700m³/hr with new column pipes, shafts, sleeves, guidehead range of (26-29) M (finalised during detail engineering & Design) along spiders, discharge head, motor stool, column pipe, Caison Pipe, pressure gauge, air release valve etc. total complete as required as per site condition. Over head tank and piping for lubrication to be provided if required. Considered Pump speed 1000 rpm (syn). 9 Design, Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 200 KW (finalised during detail engineering and Design) 0.415KV,50Hz,TFEC,SCIM,class Finsulation, temp rise restricted to Class-B,V1, IE 2 ,pump duty motor, all complete with 6 nos.RTD & 2 no. BTD.ConsideredMotor speed 1000 rpm (syn). 10 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of LT PDB cum MCC with all accessories like ACBs, MCCB, Star Delta Starters,along with all meters, instruments, termination as required all complete at RWPS. 11 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Control Desk with ammeters, volt meters, selector switches, PF meter, scanner, level meter, along with all termination of the control desk, with required accessories etc. 12 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the NRV of 500 mm size as required. 13 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the Electrical Operated BFV of 500 mm size as required 14 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of the Electrical Operated BFV of 700mm size as required 15 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of MS Dismantling joint, of 500 mm size as required. 16 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of MS Dismantling joint of 700 mm size as required. 17 Supply, installation of double flanged MS pipes of 500 mm & 700 mm size to complete the delivery piping and common manifold as required including MS reducer, enlarger, specials of suitable size for all the Pumps 18 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of transformer of 1000 KVA rating 6 KV/0.433KV ONAN, OFF Load tap changing transformer, with vector group Dyn 11. as per IS 1180 & 2026, Lev 1 and as per specification transformers. This has to be installed on proper foundation or on pole/floor with proper fencing baffle wall as required as per site condition. 19 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 4 Panel H.T. (6.0 KV) Switch Gear as per tachnical specificarionand Direction of the EIC including dismantaling of existing, old HT panel 20 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 3 Panel H.T. (6.0 KV) Switch Gear as per tachnical specificarionand Direction of the EIC 21 Supply, installation, testing of all HT/LT power, control and signal cables as required to complete the entire pumping station for commissioning along with termination kits, and pipe protections, as per technical specificatiobn and requirement etc. 22 Extra Length for drawing H.T. Power Supply from the existing Sub-Station to the Proposed Sub-Station at Intake Jetty approximately 800 m apart by 3C, 300 sq.mm. XLPE armoured, Al, 11 K.V. Cable. 23 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of internal and outside wiring and illumination system complete with switch boards, switches, MCBs, DB, light fittings, fans, exhaust fans, plug points, wire of required size & length, power plugs, GI poles etc. as required for proper illumination at Pump house and Sub Station. 24 Supply, delivery and installation and testing & commissioning of Full Bore electromagnetic type Flow meter 0f 700 dia., Recorder, Totaliser as per specification and technical offer. 25 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of earthing system of both HT & LT side of required rating and quantity. 26 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of fire extinguishers along with sand buckets as required. 27 Supply of rubber mat, hand gloves, shock treatment chart etc. 28 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 7.5 MT capacity double girder EOT crane 29 Supply Installation & Testing of Pressure Transmitter 30 Supply Installation & Testing of Pressure Gauge for individual and common manifold (0-10) Kg/cm2 . 31 Supply, delivery, installation of M.S. Structural materials with GI cable tray /rack for panel installation supports, pipes & valves supports, fabricated stairs & all other work including tray for cable laying to complete all. 32 Supply Installation & Testing of 110 V DC, 100 AH with 55 cells sealed maintenance free battery with float and boost battery charger cum DCDB as per specification. (one for proposed new RWPS & One for existing old RWPS) 33 Supply, installation testing & commissioning of Radar type level indicator with allied system 34 Supply, installation testing & commissioning of Exhaust Fan with Crowl, LED Signageall complete for pump house and Sub Station . 35 Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of lighting arrestor of required rating for pump house and Sub Station . 36 HT voltage test of the entire installation along with clearance from the DOE, Govt. of W.B. including cost of requisite fees and inclusive of charges of required construction power. 37 Testing,Trial run, commissioning cum operation maintenance of the entire system for 72 Hrs to achieve the desired objective, etc. 38 36 months O & M of the plant after 72 Hrs trial runN.B :- a) No extra payment would be made if the length and diameter of the different sizes of cable & joints varies on the higher side to meet up the requirement of the specification and site condition. This is also applicable for all type of cable joints. Visit of actual site is advisable before quoting for the job. The rates quoted are non-exhaustive and will include the entire electrical job required to fulfill the smooth operation of the plants post modification. b) The above list of items are tentative & indicative and may not be exhaustive. The tenderer has to design and as per the design the quantity, capacity& otherspecifications shall be finalized in conformity with the actual site requirement. The tenderer has to select the all the equipment as per the approved design, tender specification and actual site requirement to complete and commission the work in all respect. No extra payment shall be paid to the tenderer/Agency, if the quantity, size, capacity & rating of the equipment would essentially have a revision in upward / higher side. The contractor has to ascertain / consider any such probable changes as applicable, into account and quote the rates accordingly.
