Continuous monitoring of Centrifugal Blowers for smooth functioning. Maintiain records of operation and parameters like blower RPM, motor RPM, Bearing Temperature, vibration levels, Belt tightness, motor current and voltage and for any abnormal noise etc. Repair and replacment of FIM of blower parts during regular preventive maintenance or breakdown maintenance or as per EIC instructions. NOTE: As contract is valid for 12 months, actual quantity of item is multiplied with 12 months for monthly billing cycle.

Maintiain records of operation and parameters like Pump RPM, motor RPM, coupling alignment, vibration levels, motor current and voltage and for any abnormal noise etc. Repair and replacment of FIM of pump parts during regular preventive maintenance or breakdown maintenance or as per EIC instructions. NOTE: As contract is valid for 12 months, actual quantity of item is multiplied with 12 months for monthly billing cycle.

Maintenance of Supply and Exhaust air ventilaiton system by cleaning Fresh air filters, strainers, cleaning of Air washer tanks, blowers, pumps and oiling/ greesing of bearing of dampers and other equipments, de-choking of spray nozzles or other works as per EIC instruction. NOTE: As contract is valid for 12 months, actual quantity of item is multiplied with 12 months for monthly billing cycle.
