Repairs to 150 KVA servo stabilizer along with allied electro-mechanical worksat L.I.S. Nikowal Old.= 1 Repairs to 150 KVA servo stabilizer along with allied electro-mechanical worksat L.I.S. Nikowal Old. 2 Cutting offthe incoming and outgoing power cables from the 150 KVA servo voltage stabilizer.Carriage & shifting of the 150 KVA servo voltage stabilizer on head load to roadside using manual labour and crane and then to workshop by carriage vehicle. Repairs to 150 KVA servovoltage stabilizer installed at LIS Nikowal old by way of disconnecting incoming and outgoing power connections from voltage stabilizer. Throwing out of the existing transformer oil in barrel. Dismantling of all components of voltage stabilizer such as coils, voltage variable transformers, servo motors, voltage sensing cards.Rewinding of 02 no.’s damaged coils with standard gauge copper wire and proper insulation & tapping. Providing and fitting of 2 no’s new voltage variable transformers and servicing of the third one.Providing and fitting of 01 no.new servo motor and two number voltage sensing cards. Making all the internal connections and checking its continuity. Reassembling the voltage stabilizer at workshop. Filtration of existing transformer oil and toping up with 60 liters of fresh transformer oil after cleaning the tank to remove carbon deposits. Shifting back after carrying out repairs to voltage stabilizer to site. Installation of the voltage stabilizer by connecting incoming and outgoing power cables. Testing of voltage stabilizer on no load and full load conditions. The job includes loading, un-loading, manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), cost of material including reabate on old copper scrap/material, tools & tackles, hire charges of crane. Complete job. Providing and fitting of 1.5 feet aprox 250mm MS pipe and two No. flanges for the unit no II at LIS Nikowal old . Weldingof the flanges with the pipe and then with the help of gasketand nuts and bolts,fitting the piece at the end of the suction pipeline to make it leakproof and then fittment of the footvalve thereafter.The complete job includes material cost ,welding charges,carriage chargesandlabour charges etc. Electrification of station Lift irrigation station Nikowal Old with providing and fitting of 1 number 50 watt LED lights of reputed make ( Philips/ Havells / Bajaj or reputed make). The job includes providing of required length of 1 sq mm flexible copper cable, approx 20m of reputed make (Havells/ Polycap/ KEI / L&T or reputed make). The complete job includes material cost ,carriage chargesandlabour charges etc.Note:-The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate including rebate on old parts as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions. 3 Rebate on Old Parts
