Quotations/Applications For Participation In Cultural Events, Individual/Group Performances. 2.) Arrangement Of Light And Sound. 3.) Hotel Staying, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Charges In Respect Of Vip/Star Artists. Stay Arrangement For Other Participants Will Be Separate. 4) Quotation For Photography Of The Event And Videography For Auction Process Separately. 5) Quotation For Live Telecast Of The Event From Reputed Local News Channels. 5). Installation Of Tents, Decoration And Sitting Arrangement Of 2500 People Approximately, Etc. 6). Orchestra (Hindi And Pahari And Punjabi Music). 7) Hiring Of Taxi For The Event And Other Purposes. 8) Quotation For Momentous/Badges/Serving Tea/Water Bottles/Posters/Swings And Miscellaneous Items. 9) Installation Of Fancy Lights For Decoration Of Various Government Buildings, Walls Of Potato Ground As Per Direction Of Undersigned. 10) Allotment Of Space For Temporary Shops Stalls Etc. At Nehru Ground Will Be Done In The Office Of The Undersigned Through Open Auction. 11) As Regard The Auction Of Other Locations Plot Wise From Subji Mandi Upto Subhash Chowk Theog The Same Will Be Done On Dated 11.08.25 From 2Pm Onwards.
