Details of cost for one single leaf door size 1.00 x2.10 m = 2.10 sqm. . MATERIAL: (i) Door frame 40*40*6 mm angle=2(2.10+0.99)+10% wastage = 6.80m @ 3.5 kg/m=23.8 kg ii) Shutter frame 35*35*5 mm angle= 2(2.05+0.98)+10% wastage= 6.67 m@2.6kg/m=17.34 kg iii) MS flat 25*5mm= 4*0.98+10% wastage= 4.31m @1 kg/m = 4.31 kg iv) M.S. sheet Imm thick 0.98* 2.04= 2.00+10% wastage = 2.20 sqm. @ 7.85kg/sqm. = 17.27kg. Add 2.00 kf for hinges, Aldrop, tower bolt etc Total = 23.8+17.34+4.31+17.27+2.00 = 64.72 kg = 0.647 q Excluding wastage =59.01 kg Area of steel primer = 1.00*2.1*2.25 =4.73m2 8 13.61.1:Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work 9 16.68:Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
