    Tender For Miscellaneous Rubber Lining Works At Phosphate Plant Fact-Uc => Limited; 1 Rubber lining works 2 Removal of old rubber from the damaged portions of equipment, vessels, tanks, ducts, on floors, pipes, etc. at various plants and at various elevations. Preparation of surface by chipping/grinding/wire brushing/Sand/shot blasting etc. as per the instructions of the Engineer-in-charge. Carryout new rubber lining using suitable rubber sheets of 2.5 mm thick in TWO layers to get a thickness of 5 mm with required adhesives, solvents, curing agents, etc. and cure it with steam / hot water to get a hardness of 60 to 70 shore A . All arrangements and materialsrequired for rubber removal and fresh rubber lining will be under the contractors scope. 3 Carryout fresh rubber lining after removing the scales, paint etc. by wire brushing / grinding / Sand/Shot blasting or by any means as directed by the Engineer-in-charge so as to get a smooth surface on newly fabricated pipes, ducts, tanks, etc.Supply of suitable rubber sheets and carry out fresh rubber lining with 2.5 mm thickrubber sheets in TWO layers (2.5 mm x 2 = 5 mm thk) with required adhesives, solvents, curing agents, etc. and curing with steam / hot water to get a hardness of 60 to 70 shore-A. All arrangements and materialsrequired for fresh rubber lining will be under the contractors scope.
