Design, supply, installation including all electrical connections complete, testing & commissioning of decorative lighting arrangement on temporary hire basis at Nabadiganta Park, AL-BL Crossing Fountain, Fountain near Sector-V Metro Station, Technopolis Park and illumination of different sizes of green plants/small & medium trees (as and where require basis) on Saltlake By-pass for the Puja Festival (2025) and Happy Christmas (2025) & New Year (2026) under NDITA- 1 Hire charges for supply and fixing of temporary chain light arrangement with LED chain (50 number LED per set & approximate gap of 6 inch. Between two LED) including necessary connection and maintain the same for:a)(i) For 1st night (28th September 2025, Mahasasthi)(For Puja Festival) 2 a)(ii) For 1st night (24th December 2025)(Happy Christmas & New Year) 3 b)(i) Do- for subsequent 29 nights = 2250x29 = 65250 Set nights(29th September 2025 to 27th October 2025)(Puja Festival) 4 b)(ii) Do- for subsequent 8 nights = 2250x8 = 18000 Set nights(25th December 2025 to 1st January 2026)(Happy Christmas & New Year)ANDWithdrawal the entire temporary lighting within 3-4 days from the end date of the said lighting . 5 Hire charges for design, making and supply, installation of temporary decorative LED board lighting arrangement with bamboo metal structure of suitable model as required and as per direction of NDITA Authority with all accessories and wiring with proper size of PVC Copper wires including mains, submains, switches/MCCBS etc. and maintaining the same.i) At Technopolis Park - 10.0 x 10.0 = 100 Sq.ft.ii) At AL-BL Park - 10.0 x 10.0 = 100 Sq.ft. = 200 Sq.ft.a)(i) For 1st night (28th September 2025, Mahasasthi)(For Puja Festival) 6 a)(ii) For 1st night (24th December 2025)(Happy Christmas & New Year) 7 b)(i) Do- for subsequent 29 nights = 200x29 = 5800 Set nights(29th September 2025 to 27th October 2025)(Puja Festival) 8 b)(ii) Do- for subsequent 8 nights = 200x8 = 1600 Set nights(25th December 2025 to 1st January 2026)(Happy Christmas & New Year) ANDWithdrawal the entire temporary lighting within 3-4 days from the end date of the said lighting . 9 Hire charges for Supply and Fixing of metal halide flood lightfittings for 400Watt metal halide /200 Watt LED Flood light fittings with all accessories, as required and wiring with proper size PVC wire including mains, sub main, switches etc. and maintain the same for: Total Qty: 72 Nosa)(i) For 1st night (28th September 2025, Mahasasthi)(For Puja Festival) 10 a)(ii) For 1st night (24th December 2025)(Happy Christmas & New Year) 11 b)(i) Do- for subsequent 29 nights = 72x29 = 2088 nos. nights(29th September 2025 to 27th October 2025)(Puja Festival) 12 b)(ii) Do- for subsequent 8 nights = 72x8 = 576 Set nights(25th December 2025 to 1st January 2026)(Happy Christmas & New Year)ANDWithdrawal the entire temporary lighting within 3-4 days from the end date of the said lighting . 13 Add GST@18% on Sl.
