    Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Repair Of Dry Sand Blasting Machine; Repair Of Dry Sand Blasting Machine; Yes; Buyer Premises REPAIRING OF DRY SAND BLASTING MACHINE Scope of work Dry sand blasting machine Cabin and its accessories 1. Install new rotating table stopper at one end. 2. Rewiring and replacement of electric bulb holders and external transparent covering (New) inside the blast cabinet and fitment of two LED bulbs (80 W) for prope Illumination (Dust should not enter the LED bulb covering glass. It should have proper sealing from outside) 3 Replacement of air pressure hose from Nozzle up to Sand reservoir (New). Hose should be of high standard (not inferior to the standard that already exists) and flexible enough for smooth lunctioning. 4. Servicing of all the four limit switches. If the limit switches are unserviceable, replace them and check wiring for proper insulation. 5. Replacement of vision window screen (scratch proof). Gourmel gloves (Qty -3 pairs to be supplied), foot paddle, solenoid valve, air pressure regulator valve, pressute Indicator gauge with calibration of 01 year. (New) 6. Replacement of Sand Blasting hose from Nozzle up to Sand reservoir (not inferior to the standard that already exists). Hose should be of high standard and flexible enough for smooth functioning. 7. Cleaning of all the dust collector bags after dismaritling and replace if found damaged with new one Total Quantity :
