Periodical Services To Mh And Adjoining Area In The Aor Of Age B/R-Ii Of Ge (Army) No 2 Jodhpur; 1 Dismantling of stone/ brick work masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work,serviceable stone aside for reuse and removing unserviceable material in low laying area complete all as specified and as directed. 2 M&L for squared rubble walling jodhpur type, brought upto course, well bonded bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed. 3 -ditto- all asper above item but, except stone complete all as specified and as directed. 4 Extra over for hammer dressing to face stones with maximum depression on face from a straight edge not exc 20mm and dressing face beds and joints as specified to squared rubble walling,Jodhpur type, brought upto courses all as specified and as directed. 5 Taking down cement plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposal of debris complete all as specified and as directed 6 M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 over stone masonary, concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth (without using extra cement), all as specified and as directed. 7 M&L for 15 mm thick rendering on stone masonary wall surfaces in CM 1:4finished fair and even all as specified and as directed. 8 M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on ceiling surfaces finished surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. 9 Raking out joints/ pointing to brick/ stone work in walls built in cement mortarand M&L for keyed pointing in cement mortar 1:4 to brick/ stone walls complete all as specified. 10 Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying chalk whitening/ concrete primer and / or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 11 Preparing new plastered/ pointedsurfaces of walls and M&L for applying concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 12 Preparation of newplastered/ pointed surfaces of walls etc. & applying three coats of limewhite wash on walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 13 Preparation of newplastered surfaces of ceiling etc. & applying three coats of limewhite wash on ceilingcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 14 Preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying two coats of Plastic Emulsion over priming paints plaster coat on new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 15 Preparing of old painted wooden surfaces or wood based material of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 16 Preparing of old painted wooden surfaces or wood based material of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. 17 Preparing old painted steel surfaces or iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified andas directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 18 Preparing old painted steel surfaces or iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified andas directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 19 Preparing old painted plastered surfaces of walls and M&L for applying two coats of Plastic Emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 20 M & L for Complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surfaces and M&L for applying chalk whitening/ concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of Distemper oil Emulsion on old treated surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 21 Complete removal of existing treatment by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surfaces and M&L for applying concrete primer and /or cement base putty as required incl preparing the surfaces smooth by rubbing and / or sandpapering and M&L two coats of cement base paint on old treated surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 22 Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces including brooming surfaces, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots with washing rubbing down and stopping of lime wash surfaces and M&L forapplying two coats of white wash on walls etc; complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 23 Preparing old plastered surfaces brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots incl washing , rubbing down and stopping of distempered or painted surfaces and M&L for applying onecoat of distemper oil emulsion on old plastered surfaces all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 24 Preparing old plastered surfaces brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and M&L forapplying one coat of cement base paint on walls etc.,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 25 Preparation of old decorated plastered surfacesincl brooming surfaces, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered/ lime wash and painted surfaces and M&L forapplying one coat of white wash on walls etc.,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 26 Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered/ lime wash and painted surfaces and M&L forapplying one coat of white wash on ceiling etc.,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 27 Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered/ lime wash and painted surfaces M&L for two coats of 100% remium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 500 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004 Alkali & fungal resistance dirt exterior paint of required shade (company depot tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat exterior primer primer primer applied@ 0.90 litre/10 sqm.Note - primer and emulsion to be carried out through air less spray machine ( Mechanical means)Smart perodical, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The work for periodical services shall includes the following and the rates quoted by the bidders shall includes the same :- (a) Use of scafolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc necessary for execution of work and protective measures. (b) (b) Removal of nails, making good holes, cracks etc. (c) Work in patches and in nerrow/width, bands, cornices, pilasters etc and cutting in edge of line where necessary. (d) Spreading and removing covering to doors, windows, floors fittings, wiring etc to protect from splashes. (e) Washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electric fittings, wirings etc. Drops and splashes of paint to be cleaned to the entire satisfication of Engineer-in-Charge. (Periodical servises shall be executed through authorised applicators of approved make.) 28 Preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil or greasy spots incl washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered/ lime wash and painted surfaces and M&L forapplying one coat of Distemper oil Emulsion on ceiling etc.,complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 29 M&L for writing letters or figures etc. (block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n. exc 30 CM high with paint to match existing work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
