Dump Store. 2 Line Material 3 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm XLPE Cable 4 11 KV Jointing Kit 3x185 sq.mm XLPE Cable (Outdoor) 5 11 KV 3x185 sq.mm XLPE Cable Straight Through 6 11 KV Jointing Kit 3x185 sq.mm XLPE Cable (Indoor) 7 11 KV Disc Insulator 8 11 KV Disc Insulator with Fitting 9 ST Pole 11 Mtr. Long 10 Arial Bunch Conductor (3x120+1x95+1x16) Sq.mm 11 ST Pole 9 Mtr. Long 12 M.S. Earthing Rod (2540x20mm) 13 3 Way RMU 14 The work of dismantling the installed electric poles and lines in place of the proposed work or the work of filling the place of the poles with soil after dismantling and the work of Carriage & unloading of following Materials from the pit site to Centre Store/J.E. Dump Store. 15 Dragging of ST Pole to pit site, digging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO Norms) of LT support suitable for laying of ABC Cable Line on 9/11 Mtr Long ST Pole by providing of necessary eye hook/LT shackle insulator with clamps and its accessories etc. as per RESSPO Specification. (Only PCC/ST pole will by provided by the Department.) 16 Dragging of ST Pole digging of pit erection of sub-station type double pole structure on 11 Mtr ST Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming, as per RESPO Specification. (Only ST Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department.) 17 Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x185 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as PerRESPO Norms. (GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor). 18 High pressure testing of Cable (All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor) 19 Proper laying & commissioning of (3x120 sq.mm) Aerial Bunched Conductor. (Only ABC Provided by the department) 20 Laying of 3X185 sq.mm 11 KV XLPE cable by drilling method (Double Circuit) as per RESPO Norms. (Only cable supplied by the Department.) 21 Well type earthing for RMU of with 60 Fit Deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5 dia (B Class) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap.( All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.) 22 Fabrication Erection & Commissioning of 11 KV RING MAIN UNIT on plinth with all require accessores & associates work (All Meterial Except 11 KV Ring Main Unit, 11 KV XLPE CABLE 3X185 SQ MM, O/D AND I/D CABLE 3X185 SQ MM XLPE JOINTING KIT & OTHER REQUIRED MATERIAL Shall be supplied by the contractor.) 23 Construction of plinthfor 11 KV RING MAIN UNIT as per RESPO Norms. ( All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.) 24 Construction of fencingfor 11 KV RING MAIN UNIT as per RESPO Norms. ( All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.) 25 Fixing of OUTDOOR / INDOOR END TERMINATION JOINTING KIT FOR 11 KV 3X185 SQMM XLPE CABLE 26 Fixing of S/Th JOINTING KIT FOR 11 KV 3X185 SQMM XLPE CABLE 27 Misclenious (Pole Painting work and Repairing ofdamaged material during work) All the material shall be Supplied by the Contractor). 28 Construction of double Pole Section Structure(All the material shall be Supplied by the Contractor).
