Repair Renovation Of Upadhaya Make 600Mm Dia Nrv Of Pump Set No 1 2 4 And 5 Installed At Narela Sps- 1 Safety equipment & Scaffolding equipment have to be arranged for the workers as the work has to be done up to the height Non Return Valve from the ground level. Temporary support to the Delivery valve and specials. The same includes loading, unloading& cartage charges etc. 2 Repair/Renovation of “ Upadhaya” make 600mm dia NRV of Pump set no 1,2,4 &5 installed at Narela SPS by carrying out the following works:-Cutting of nut bolts of delivery line bend, Sluice Valve & Non return valve of both end Flange with the help of gas cutter & taking out the specials from the delivery line one by one like bend from the line r & finally NRV from the delivery line & putting them on safer Place in the Pump House. Fixing of blank flange on both side of delivery line by providing of nut bolts & rubber packing sheet. 3 Lifting of complete Non return valve with the help of H.O.T/E.O.T crane, heavy manual labour arrangement & loading in the tempo for taking it to workshop for servicing & renovation purpose including g unloading in the workshop & cartage from the same. 4 Cutting and opening al nut bolts of NRV body cover plate. lifting of body cover with the help of Tri pod chain block arrangement manual labour arrangement. Taking out complete Disc & Shaft from the NRV body by lifting with the help of Tri pod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement. Cleaning of body seat ring of RV from inside by chemical solution and polishing by manuals arrangement. Cleaning of disc retaining seat ring by chemical solution, emery paper etc. and polishing as required 5 Making of damaged collar seat in the NRV body of side block for resting of disc holding shaft block. The job includes grinding, machining and special C.I welding as required to make a proper size. 6 Renovation of disc holding blocks by fixing of new bushes in the bore vas per the size of NRV shaft. The job includes removing of worn out seat & making of proper size& fixing of new bushes. 7 Renovation of Disc by fixing of new bushes on holding brackets in the bores with proper alignment of all bores and as per the size of shaft. 8 Supply of cover bolts & seat (IS : 1367 Class 4.6/4.0) 9 Supply of Gasket.(Rubber IS: 638 Type-B) 10 Supply of bushes. (GM IS:318 LTB-2) 11 Supply of Disc holding shaft (SS 410) 12 Supply of cover plug. 13 Supply of nut bolts. 14 Fixing of complete disc with shaft in NRV body by proper matching of both the seat ri9ngs of body & disc. Fixing of body cover with the help of tripod chain block arrangement & manual labour arrangement etc after replacing of rubber gasket & damaged cover bolts & tightening of nut bolts with spanner etc. as required by Job. 15 Loading of complete NRV in the tempo from the workshop to the site & unloading the same from the tempo with the help of HOT/EOT crane & manual labour arrangement including cartage charges. 16 Taking out blank flange from both ends & fixing of NRV & other specials of delivery line like bend with the help of HOT/EOT crane lifting arrangement etc replacing of rubber gasket & damaged nut bolts & tightening of nut bolts with spanner etc. as required by job. 17 Testing of complete Non return Valve & line on no load and on load.
