Tender For Maintenance Of Hand Pumps And Pipe Leakages Ward 1 To 12 In Lalgudi Municipality.; 1 Drilling of borewells of size 4 to 5 dia. in sedimentary formation using hand boreset including insertion of casing pipe etc., and supplying and packing of pebbles (conveyance of hand bore set including loading and unloading to be done by the contractor) 2 Suplly and delivery of PVC CASING PIPE AS PER IS 12818/2010 3 Attending repairs to deep well handpumps for borewells inclusive of removal of G.I pipe ,plunger rods,cylinder and re-erection of hand pumps inclusive of lowering the G.I pipe plunger rods cylinder,jointing etc., 4 supply,erections shallow well hand pumps 5 Lowering GI pipes and specials in the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment,jointing with GI specials and as directed by the TWAD officers 6 15mm to 40mm dia 7 125 mm dia AC/GRP pipe 8 200 mm dia AC/GRP pipe 9 upto 40mm dia (OD) PVC pipe 10 90mm to 110mmdia (OD) PVC pipe 11 Removing the burst A.C.Pipes from the pipe and removal of slushy soil and baling out water and replacing the pipe line with sound pipe including jointing and cost of refilling the pipe 12 150 mm dia AC. pipe 13 250 mm dia AC. pipe 14 90mm dia (OD) PVC/HDPE pipes 15 Supply and delivery OFG I PIPES (Medium) as per IS 1239/PART I/2004 16 20 mm dia GI pipe 17 63 mm dia GI pipe 18 150 mmAC.
