Timely resolution of software faults, failures, and bugs. with 24*7*365 (6 Hrs. CTR). 3. Upgrade of existing VERITAS Backup Software to latest stable versions with full support during transition. 4. Migration assistance (if applicable) during major version upgrades. 5. Re-configuration of policies (if required) post upgrade. 6. Ensure uninterrupted backup operations and data integrity. 7. Implement all critical and recommended upgrades/patches. 8. Provide proactive and reactive support as per OEM best practices. 9.
