Tender For Miscellaneous Instrumentation Shutdown Jobs At Barauni Refinery.--CABLE LAYING IN TRENCHES : Horizontal and vertical laying of different instrument cables (Signal / Power / Control / Alarm / Thermocouple / RTD etc.) of different sizes and types (armoured/unarmoured) in existing cable trenches (pre-excavated or existing trench, excluding trench opening and closing) / RCC or Hume or stoneware or metal pipe / masonary duct (including sealing of pipe ends), fixing of galvanized clamps and screws for fixing cables on to the supports in the trench/ structure etc., providing aluminium cable tags at both the ends of the cable, testing and transportation from stores to site, unpacking, straightening, dressing of cable & returning the empty drums with unused cable, if any to stores complete with labour and materials as per the drawings, specifications and directions of the engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Cables will be supplied by owner free of cost., Cable Size: Overall diameter upto 20 mm Rs.TWENTY-EIGHT Rs.EIGHTY-FOUR & PAISE THREE THOUSAND NINETY ONLY ONLY , cable Size: Overall diameter > 20 mm Rs.FORTY-TWO & Rs.EIGHTY-FIVE but upto 35 mm , Cable Size: Overall diameter > 35 mm Rs.SIXTY & Rs.SIXTY but upto 55 mm , CABLE LAYING ON TRAYS / STRUCTURES : Horizontal and vertical laying of different instrument cables (Signal / Power / Control / Alarm / Thermocouple / RTD etc.) of different sizes and types (armoured/ unarmoured) in cable trays/ wall and steel structures upto any height , fixing of galvanized clamps and screws for fixing cables on to the trays/ structures etc., providing aluminium cable tags at both the ends of the cable, testing and transportation from stores to site, unpacking, straightening, dressing of cable & returning the empty drums with unused cable, if any to stores complete with labour and materials as per the drawings, specifications and directions of the engineer-in-charge. NOTE : Cables will be supplied by owner free of cost.
