Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with twocoats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers. (16m Height) 2 Supply and fixing of M30 design mix RCC hand rails of 0.9m height over the top of the roof slab of approved pattern and design including the cost of cement, reinforcement, centering, precasting, finishing, curing cement painting the surfaces etc., complete and as directed by the Department Officers 3 Providing and fixing RCC inside access ladder of approved pattern and design in RCC M30 design mix of ISS gauge 0.40m width, 0.10m thickness, 0.12m breadth for side post, 0.05m thickness 0.12m breadth for steps with suitable inclination including cost of cement, reinforcement centering, finishing, curing etc., complete and as directed by Department Officers. 4 Supplying and fixing in position C.I.Manhole covers (light or heavy duty) mof various sizes of best approved quality and as per atandard specifications etc.,complete.(0.60m x 0.60m) 5 Supply, delivery and fixing in position of water level indicator with all accessories enameld coated float of approved pattern for inner and outer compartments including cost of materials etc. and as directed by the Dept. officers. 6 Goods & Service Tax (GST 18%)
