    Making Necessary Arrangements For Functions To Be Organized On Eve Of Independence Day Etc At Various Locations Falling Under The Jurisdiction Of Rnb Division Pahalgam- 1 Providing and fixing of water proof Shamiyana (Pandala with steel pipe frame) and kanats on hire charges basis of required sizes with all carriges to and fro and let out the same after completion of function A)Pandala ofrequired size for VVIPS with crewel ceilings/Sides along withcarpet flooring 2 B)Pandala of size required size for general public with normal ceiling /sides with furnishing(excel sheets) 3 C) Pandala of required size for cultural progammes with crewel ceiling and carpet flooring without sizes and naked posts to be covered with white cloth 4 D)Tent ofrequired size for changing roomwith normal ceiling /sides with furnishing(excel sheets) 5 Supply of chairs, arranging in rows behind barricading and VIP area on hire charge basis including all carriages to and fro completeA) Plastic Chairs 6 B) Sofa 5 seater with tables 7 C) VIP Chairs 8 Providing and laying of red excel mat of 4 feet widthalong path of VIPs entry on hirecharge basis 9 Supply and fixing of Tajeer/Kantas on hire charge basis with all charges to and fro and removing of same after completion 10 Providing and fixing of Celing fan of approved make and brand on hire charge basis including wiring and generator backup complete job 11 Providing and fixing of coolersof approved make and brand on hire charge basis including wiring and generator backup complete job 12 Providing and fixing of Flexi identification banners of requriedsize with necessary writings as per directions of EIC 13 Providing and fixing of tri color baloons as per directions of EIC
