Tender For Cc Road From Nh Road (Princes House) To Mtn Ikra Girls College In Tola Rehmatnagar Of Gram Sabha Uditpur Of Farenda - Earth work in filling or in embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding ½meter (20 ) in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm (80 ) layers,including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and including 1.5m(5 ) lift and 30m(100 ) lead. As per PWD SI No. 253 2 GSB Grade-1Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material in widening portion and compacted thickness 10.00cm spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 401 (4.1) and as per direction of E/I. 3 WBM G-3 - Providing and laying in width 3.00m and compacted thickness 7.50cm spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification incluidng spreading in uniform thickness hand packing rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate watering and compacting to the required dencity. This work includes cost of all materials, labour, and hire charges of road roller, machinery, T&P etc complete. Complete work as per Technical Speicification Clause 405 (3) and as per direction of E/I. 4 Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed, at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type as per clause 1501.2.2M 30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including leveling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finshed in continous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabfor 14-days, using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 5 GST @ 18%
