Providing new EN-20 Metal Rod as per existing sample for making of new shaft of about 50mm dia and about 600 mm long including making of required grooves and teeth as per existing rod by turning through lathe machine and fitting of the same in Beacon Make reduction gear box of Rotor No. 1&2 of S.T.P complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Re-casting of main reduction worm gear (near bout 25 cm dia & about 40 mm thick) of gun metal over worm out of existing worm gear including making of 39 teeth of size & distance as per existing worn out gear including removing of damaged gear and fixing of refurbished worm gear in Beacon make reduction gear box of Rotor no. 1 & 2 of S.T.P. all complete as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing SKF or equivalent make 7308 angular contact bearing with 40 degree contact angle universal machine design with normal axial internal clearance and stamped steel cage bearing in main shaft of reduction gear box of rotor No. 1 & 2 of S.T.P.

Providing Tapered Roller Ball Bearing No. 32210 of SKF or equivalent make in lower shaft of reduction gear box of rotor No. 1&2 of S.T.P.

Providing industrial Roller Chain simplex type of Diamond or equivalent make of size 25 pitch as per IS: 2403

Providing foundation Bolt & Nut of 120 mm long and 20 mm dia of TVS or equivalent make for pedestal of Reduction Gear Box of Rotor No. 1 & 2

Repairing of 15 H.P. Lawn pump by providing & Fixing of SKF or equivalent make 6305 bearing, pump shaft and pump sleeve, lathe work for making of bearing size, packing etc. complete job as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing new Slip ring Unit, Carbon Brush and Brush Holder for Clarifoculator of STP.

Labour charges for opening and fitting of all the above supplied material to make the equivalent work i/c transportation, testing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
