Tender For Supply And Fixing Pipe Line And Other Work Kalyan Kund Gindoor Gate At Nagarplika Jhalrapatan Dist Jhalawar - Dismantling of existing structures like culverts, bridges, retaining walls, CC road and other structure comprising of masonry, cement concrete, wood work, steel work, including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 50 metres as directed by Engineer. Cement Concrete Grade M-15 and above and PCC blocks 2 Carriage of Materials by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking :: Stone, boulders, gravelly material 3 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 fine/ coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size). 4 Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) 5 Earth filling with available surplus soil excavated from foundations and taken only from outside of building plinth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer including ramming and watering and consolidation with lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m. 6 Providing and laying un-reinforced, plain cement concrete mix with Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints etc including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.PCC M-20 7 Providing and laying un-reinforced, plain cement concrete mix with Concrete Mixer & vibrator pavement over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement , coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed as per approved mix design, laid, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints etc including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion.PCC M-30 8 Cement plastering including T&P, scaffolding, material and complete labpour, including cost of water, curing, racking of joints etc. with 12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine/ coarse sand) 9 Reinforcement for R.C.C. work at all levels including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Hot rolled deformed bars 10 Providing, laying, spreading and compacting of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per MoRT&H specification clause - 401 including all material, labour, machinery, lighting, guarding and maintenance of diversion. Electrostatic Epoxy Powder(EP-P) / Fusion Bonded Epoxy (Non-Toxic & suitable for drinking water) coated with minimum thickness of 250 micron applied on body, cover and disc inside and outside . Disc seal ring of EPDM/ Neoprene (food grade quality) and disc seal retaining ring of SS/CS. Shaft of SS- AISI- 410, Hinge SS AISI 316/410 ,Bonnet Gasket EPDM ,Bush- Brass with EPDM/NBR O ring seal Nut-Bolt confirming to IS:1363 and IS: 1367 (galvanised steel) Insertion rubber of black EPDM 6mm thick.
