Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services - Amc For Agilent Make Dga Test Set Up At Iotl, Crtil, Dvc Maithon For One Year Customized AMC/CMC for Pre-owned Products 1. Cleaning and complete overhauling of the DGA Set as per Standard maintenance guidelines of Agilent Technologies 2. Replacement of all the free replaceable items as per Standard maintenance guideline of Agilent Technologies. 3. Carrying out all the functionalities / operational check of individual parts / items as per Standard maintenance guideline of Agilent Technologies 4. Carrying out special tests needs to be performed for ensuring the healthiness of the Test Set as per Standard maintenance guideline of Agilent Technologies. 5. After completion of the total maintenance procedure, restoration of the DGA Test Set normal operating condition by using Key Board and also through Data system (through Computer). 6. Various Post maintenance Output checking needs to be performed as per Standard maintenance guideline of Agilent Technologies. 7. The correctness of the result of the DGA Test Set has to be ensured by testing a calibrated sample Gas / Oil sample provided by CRITL, DVC and the result should conform to the specified limit of the said sample Gas / Oil considering the required tolerances. 8. On the event of Breakdown of the Test set, Service Engineer of Agilent technology should immediately visit the Site on emergency basis for restoration of the same. 9. In case of any other trouble (not leading to Shutdown/breakdown) of the Test Set which could not be troubleshoot by consultation of Agilent Technologies, the same should also be attended at the earliest to ensure the availability of the Set. 10. Agilent Service Engineer should attend the DGA Machine within 48 Hours after the complaint had been registered to Agilent Technologies India Pvt. Ltd as on call Breakdown/Troubleshooting maintenance visit. 11. AMC shall include at-least 01(one) Schedule Maintenance Visit/year plus 02(two) break down visits/y Total Quantity :
