Of Kisan Bhawan. - Providing and laying vitrified flower tiles in 600mm x 600mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all coolers and shades laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/Sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete. 3 Two coat distempering with Ist Quality Acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) Content less then 50gm/Ltr. of approved brand and Manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever requested to achieve even shade and colour on old work. 4 Two Coat Finishing wall with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on old work. 5 Panting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work. 6 Fixing of GCI sheet with cost of J- Huks Nut Bolts etc but excluding cost of sheets. 7 Fabrication and erection of M.S. work including cost of gas electrode and labour etc. but excluding cast of Steel which shall be provided by Mill. 8 Excavation in Foundation in ordinary sail including lead 30m & left up to 1.50 9 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade- 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 Coar- sened (Zone-3) derived from naturalsources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal Size derived from natural sources). 10 Reinforced cement concrete work in beams suspended floors roofs having slope up to 15” landing, balconies chajjaslintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinthleave up to floor five leavel excluding the cost of centering. shuttering finishing and reinforcement with 1:1:5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 Coar-sened jone-3) derived from naturalsources :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal SIGD derived from natural sources). 11 Steel reinforcement foe RCC work including straightening cutting, banding, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth leave (Thermo mechanically treated bars of grade Fe-500d or more. 12 Excavating, supplying stacking and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 Km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20Cm in foundation trenches plinth sides of foundation etc. complete for all lift. 13 1st class brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.
