Tender For Interlock and Retaining wall works in ARP,IBP Building--- 1 Demolishing brick work 2 Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking ofserviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead asper direction of Engineer-in-Charge.In cement mortar 3 Earth filling 4 Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides offoundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each depositedlayer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. 5 Excavation for Retaining wall 6 Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual meansin foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), includingdressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 1 km. All kinds of soil 7 PCC 8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding thecost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level:1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mmnominal size derived from natural sources) 9 RCC Work 10 Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete forretaining wall, base, foundation etc all complete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering,and reinforcement - 1:1:5:3 (1cement 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size. 11 Steel work 12 Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placingin position and binding all complete ;Thermo - Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500Dor more. 13 Centering and shuttering for footing raft 14 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form workfor: Foundations, footings, bases for columns 15 Centering and shuttering for retaining walls 16 Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form workfor: Retaining walls, Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts and struts 17 Paving Interlock of size 18x12x2.5 inches 18 Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of size 18x12x2.5 inches with mix of M - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design;shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the pattern approved by Engineer-in-charge. 19 Paving Interlock of size 12x6x2.5 inches 20 Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of size of 12x6x2.5 inches with a mix ofM - 30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design shape, laid in required color and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the pattern approved by Engineer-in-charge. 21 Providing kerb stone 22 Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs, edgingsetc. as per approved pattern and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement :3 coarse sand), including the cost of required centering, shuttering complete.1:1½:3 (1Cement: 1½ coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 gradedstone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources). 23 Black bitumen paint application 2 coat 24 Painting with black anti- corrosive bitumastic paint of approved brand andmanufacture to give an even shade:Two or more coats on new work
