    Tender For Maintenance Of High Ambient Ac Units(Mob MAINTENANCE OF HIGH AMBIENT AC UNITS(MOBILE ACS) INSTALLED AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS OF ISP. Scope of Work & Technical specification : 1. OBJECTIVE:#A) To maintain 24±2 ̊C temperature in Operator’s Room and PLC Room of Oven Machines of Coke Oven Battery #10 & Coke Oven Battery #11 and 30±2 ̊C Hydraulic/MCC Room of Oven Machines of Coke Oven Battery #10 & Coke Oven Battery #11 as per requirement & instructions of executing authority.B) To maintain 24±2 ̊C temperature in operator & E-houses of Yard machines of RMHP.##2. DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK:#The Maintenance Contract shall include:##Providing Routine Servicing, Major Overhauling, Breakdown Maintenance, pertaining to complaints as and when they occur in High Ambient AC Units (Mobile ACs) of Oven Machines of Coke Oven Battery #10 & Coke Oven Battery #11 (53 nos.) and high ambient industrial AC units(31 nos.) at various locations of RMHP area with ancillaries of IISCO Steel Plant, Burnpur. The Quantities (± 10 % of Total AC Machines) may vary depending on addition/deletion of AC Units during the course of contract.#Following maintenance activities for entire High Ambient AC Units (Mobile ACs) of to be done by the successful tenderer:#2. i) INSPECTION OF HIGH AMB. AC (R/M): - Qty- 8064 Each##a) Transportation of all tools & tackles, AC Equipments, Spares & consumables from stores (General Store, CPS, Engg. Store, Metal Yard) to department, from store (General Store, CPS, Engg. Store, Metal Yard) to the site, from department to site and vice-versa#b) Observation and Inspection of AC equipments under proper illumination condition using portable torches & flash lights.####2.ii) CLEANING OF HIGH AMB. AC (R/M): Qty- 15452 Each##a) Cleaning of all air filters, condenser coil, cooling coil, blower fan and condenser fans of all AC equipments of Charging Cars of COB-10 and
