AMC (Annual Maint Contract) for 12 monthsX24/7 service, twelve Nos of MBM visit on yearly basis for each lift of make KONE of capacity 884Kg by MOU with KONE including modular based maint, proper greasing of brakes and other rotating parts, checking the strength of lift rope etc. as per Kone company norms and policies and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Qty - 02 Nos LiftsNote: A service book will be maintained by specialised technician after servicing done of each lift on monthly basis for a year and countersigned by Engr-in-Charge.[Ser No. 1 Complete One Job only]
