    Tender For Defect Rectification Of Engineering => Limited; 1 Defect rectification of various Engineering Defects as per RFP 2 E-748Sea water leakage observed from helo-deck port eductor view pin hole at various places. Same to be renewed as per sample. (Mat:-Al, Dia – 50 mm, L-0.5 Mtr). In way job includes removal and fitment. 3 E-765:Sea water leakage observed from Port gear box cooler discharge pipeline due to deterioration leading to crack at various places frequently. Same to be renewed as per sample (Mat:-MS, Dia -80 mm & , L-1.0 mtr). In way job includes removal and re-fitment of pipeline. 4 E-766: DA no.1 sea water pump suction valve not holding view spindle thread worn out. Spindle to be renewed as per sample and valve to be overhauled (Mat:-Brass, valve size:-65 mm).In way job includes removal and fitment of valve. 5 E-767:Aft HP air compressor discharge ball valve not holding. Valve to be renewed as per sample. (Size- 40mm,) 6 E-768REF plant sea water system valves and NRV not holding view spindle & lead deteriorated. Spindles to be renewed as per sample. (SDNR- 32 NB, Mat-Brass, Qty- 04 Nos. & 02 Nos.) 7 E-769: Calibration of following AVCAT gauges and flowmeter to be carried out and certification to be provided.1. Analog gauge (0-10 bar)- 03 Nos.2. Analog gauge (-1-05 bar)- 02 Nos.3. analog gauge (0-06 bar) - 04 Nos.4. Flowmeter- 01 No.5. Differential gauge(0-1.6 Bar) - 01 No. 8 E-770: Abnormal sound/ vibration and leakage observed from FW inhibitor pump view shaft, bearing and mechanical seal worn out. Defect to be rectified and pump to be proved for satisfactory operation.. In way job includes removal an re-fitment of pump.
