Bids Are Invited For Repair And Overhauling Service - Refit (R-1) Of Auxiliary Barge Urja Prabha; Refit (R-1) Of Auxiliary Barge Urja Prabha; Yes; Service Provider Premises Fire main supply of 3-4 bar pressure to be supplied to ship for full duration of the work package. Refitting yard is to provide 01 in nos. fire sentries each along with suitable extinguishers, wherever hot work is in progress. SS is also to provide their own fire sentry as required. If yard do not have facility for round the clock fire main pressure, yard to make arrangement for fire tender along with tender crew to be stand by all the time. Garbage clearances and disposal to be provided during the full duration of the work package on daily basis. Shore supply power connection for consumption up to 100 units/day and connecting/disconnecting cable as and when required. Ship staff to maintain a logbook for actual power consumption. Shore supply 415V, 50Hz, 3 Phase to be provided for the entire duration of refit with provision of voltage meter. Payment will be made on actual as per consumption. Yard to provide consumption meter for monitoring. Crane facility is to be provided as and when required. Yard to cater for 05 hours operations during the entire period of work package. However payment is to be made as per actual. Ship staff to maintain a record on this aspect. Supply of fresh water is to be catered for 01 Ton per day including supply of 60 ltrs of drinking water per day. SS to keep record of water received during refit. Payment will be made as per actual. Pre and post refit trials are to be carried out by the yard. Yard to ensure availability of the PAC reps/reps for the jobs included in this package for pre and post refit sea trials. Ship/CGRPT staff to coordinate for availability of the reps for the jobs undertaken directly by ICG.. Keel blocks are to be arranged as per docking plan, to enable docking of ship in both the version. Yard to cater for preparation of keel blocks and issue of certificate of suitability. Keel blocks are to be offered to refitting authority/SS for joint inspection, prior docking the ship... Tug for docking, undocking, are to be provided as and when required from pre refit trials till refit completion Total Quantity :
