    Tender Details

    Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - Camc Of Split Air Conditioners Of Various Brands; As Per Enclosed List In Rfp; Annual Maintenance Contract (Amc); Quarterly; No COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF SPLIT AIR CONDITIONERS AT NSTL, VISAKHAPATNAM FOR a) Overhauling of the unit once in the contract period b) Gas filling in case of requirement c) Cleaning of fins, tubes and wings of condenser d) Cleaning of Filters e) Replacement of fan motor if required f) Blower replacement if required g) Fan capacitor to be replaced if required h) PCB boards to be repaired/ replaced as per requirement i) Compressor replacement with gas filling if required j) The contractor shall check all the machines once in every month for its efficient operation and good working condition throughout the contract period. k) The contractor shall make his own arrangement for filling of gas, brazing and welding at his own risk. 1) In case of shifting of air-conditioner units, the contractor shall arrange all the materials including labour for satisfactory reinstallation, testing and commissioning without any extra cost.
