Coal, oil and ash:Charges of collection and testing all coal, oil and ash samples related to NCTPP-III. Transferring of coal to sample room/respective lab, and waste disposal to respective area in shift duty and instrument operation in general duties and other allied works.

Receipt coal :Charges of collectioncoal sample from yard, both indigenous and imported from receiving end and bunker end, reduction of size, preparation and transfering of coal to sample room/respective lab, and waste disposal to respective area in shift duty and other allied works including consumable charges.

Condensate Policing Unit(CPU): Charges of CPU equipment operation(manual and PLC), Collection of samples,testing and handling of chemicals, transfer of resin from CPU to regeneration area, separation of resin, resin resending to CPU column in shift dutyat Condensate Policing Unit(CPU).

Boiler Express Lab: Charges of collection and testing of Boiler Steam Auxiliary Boiler and Water cycle samples, Flue gas, Generator cooling system of Hydrogen gas and stator water related to NCTPP-III. Handling of chemicals and instrument operation (Conductivity Meter, pH Meter, Spectrophotometer etc.,) in shift duty and other allied works.

Main Lab: Charges of collection and testing of all water samples in and around related to NCTPP-III. Handling of all sophisticated instrument at main water laboratory like, Turbidity Meter, Residual Chlorine Meter, Portable Water Quality Checker, TOC Analyzer, Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer at Water Laboratory in general duty and other allied works.

HSD & HFO Oil: Charges of analysis and testing of (All kind of oils) HSD, and HFO at Unloading Point and conditioning sample further analysis for GCV, Viscosity, sulphur. Calibration before testing and operation of respective instruments.
