Tender For Painting Of Yard Structures And Equipments At 66Kv Substation, Csl; 1 Supply of paint for : painting the surface of 66kV yard structure & CPP Exhaust line supports including bolt head and nut etc.with one coat of zinc chromate primer and with two coat of aluminium paint. 2 Painting the surface of 66kV yard structure & CPP Exhaust line supports including bolt head and nut etc.with one coat of zinc chromate primerand with two coat of aluminium paint after scraping & cleaning the surface thoroughly. All materials required for the work should be supplied by the contractor. 3 Supply of paint for : Spray painting the surface of CT, PT, SF6 CB and control boxes in yard including bolt head and nut etc.with one coat of zinc chromate primerand with two coat of siemens grey enamel paint. 4 Spray painting the surface of CT, PT, SF6 CB and control boxes in yard including bolt head and nut etc.with one coat of zinc chromate primerand with two coat of siemens grey enamel paint after scraping & cleaning the surface thoroughly. All materials required for the work should be supplied by the contractor. 5 Supply of paint for : Painting base structures, transformer firewall with 2 coat of white cement. 6 Painting base structures, transformer firewall with 2 coat of white cement after cleaning the concrete base of yard structures.All materials required for the work should be supplied by the contractor. 7 Supply of Heat resistant Aluminium paint for : Painting CPP exhaust line (silencer pipe & exhaust pipe) with 2 coat of 6000C grade Heat resistant Aluminium paint. 8 Painting CPP exhaust line (silencer pipe & exhaust pipe) with 2 coat of 6000C grade Heat resistant Aluminium paint. All materials required for the work should be supplied by the contractor. 9 Fencing 10 Supply of paint for : Painting the fencing (small gate, big gate, wire mesh structure, etc.) with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coat of aluminium paint. 11 Painting the fencing (small gate, big gate, wire mesh structure, etc.) with one coat of zinc chromate primer and two coat of aluminium paintafter scraping , wire brushing, rubbing and cleaning the surface.All materials required for the work should be supplied by the contractor. 12 Supply of white cement for : Painting the wall with 2 coat of white cement. 13 Painting the wall with 2 coat of white cement after cleaning the concrete structures of the fence.All materials required for the work should be supplied by the contractor.
