Sh: Routine annual repair and maintenance of Works.--Page 26 1 Providing services of following staffs for maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical installations, all types of fans, electrical panels, MCB / MCCB DBs, RCCBs, compound / security lights i/c operation of water supply pump sets during working hours i/c and at the emergency call basis i/c. providing all log books, 2 sets of proper uniform and 1 set of shoes etc. as per terms & conditions attached. 1.1 Wireman cum pump operator (9.30 AM to 6 PM for 5 days in a week) - 1 No. 8 2 Fully Comprehensive (all inclusive) maintenance of following capacity Split AC units comprising of indoor units with cordless remote control and outdoor units refrigeration lines, gas charging, fan motor control wiring, control panels, drainage line, starting/ running capacitors / PCB Relay / Contactor / compressor/ split valve including servicing installed at various locations as per 2.1 1.5 TR window type air conditioning units complete as required. (Carrier / Bluestar) (7 Nos.) 8 2.2 2/3 TR split/ Multi split/ Ductable wall mounted air conditioning units (Carrier, Bluestar and Daikin) (56 Nos.) 8 3 Supplying and charging of Non-CFC refrigerant or equivalent ecofriendly as per requirement of existing installed air conditioner unit of following capacity, after pressure testing with Nitrogen, vacuumising etc. and brazing the existing leakage of Split / Window type Air conditioners unit etc. as required. 3.1 1.5/2 TR Split A/C 10 4 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of new rotary /reciprocating inverter / non inverter compressor of same type in the existing STAC/WTAC units including dismantling credit for the existing burnt out/defective compressor and connection, inter-connection with new compressor with suitable size of suction and discharge copper pipe, copper strainer, capillary, nut-bolts, anti-vibration pads, connection, inter-connection all the electrical wiring with thimbles cleaning and leakage/ pressure testing with nitrogen gas for 24- Hrs., vacuumising, i/c refrigerant gas charging with Non CFC refrigerant or equivalent ecofriendly as per requirement of existing installed air conditioner unit of following capacity AC etc. as required at site of work 4.1 1.5/2 TR Split A/C 5 Supplying of following spare parts of 1.5TR/2.0TR / 3TR Window Type / Split Type/ Multi Split AC units: - 5.1 50/60 mfd running capacitor 5.2 Fan Capacitor (5/10) MFD 5.3 Single pole contactor 5.4 Double pole contactor 5.5 PCB unit of outdoor unit 6 Repair and rewinding of outdoor units fan motor of 1.5/ 2/ 3TR window/ split/ Multi-Split AC units. 7 Dismantling of the existing installed AC unit (Indoor & outdoor Unit etc. Complete) at different location of buildings and keep them in the safe custody etc. complete as req. 8 Refixing of the existing dismantled AC Unit (Indoor & outdoor Unit etc. Complete) at different location of buildings etc. complete as req. 9 Supplying and fixing of 4 core x 2.5 sq mm FR PVC insulated FRLS flexible copper conductor cable between indoor and outdoor unit complete as required. 10 Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning including vaccumiazation and Nitrogen testing of following nominal sizes of soft/hard drawn copper refrigerant piping for VRV/VRF system, complete with fittings, with suitable adjustable ring type hanger supports, jointing/brazing including accessories, insulated with XPLE Class-O tubular insulation/with Class-O closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular sleeves sections of 19 mm thick insulation as given below for Suction and Liquid lines, all accessories as per specifications etc. as required : 10.1 6.4 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm 10.2 12.7 mm dia (OD) (Soft drawn) with tube thickness 1.2 mm
