Stadium Bandipora From 10.08.2025 To 15.08.2025. 1 Providing/installation of Pandal waterproof/wind proof/snow proof including carpet on floors crewel linning/ceiling with wind/rain screen and removal of the same of size 20x60 on rent basis. 2 Providing/installation of Pandal waterproof including carpet on floors crewel linningavailable tumbling mates and removal of the same.A) 30-0 x 20-0 3 B) 20-0 x 20-0 4 Providing/installation of Pandal waterproof including carpet on floor, crewel lining and ceiling with necessary decoration including installation of angle iron stageSize 12-0 x 20-0 5 Providing/installation of12-0 x 12-0 tents with four side corners for changing, separate for boys and girls. 6 Providing/installation of departmental stage including carriage to and fro complete. 7 P/F of Poplar wood frame work of required size as desired by site Incharge Engineer incl. Laying of 19mm plyboards and poplar wood flooring. 8 Providing/installation of semi-Pandals with covers/side of water proof and removal of the same.Size 20`-0x20`-0. 9 Supply of sofa sets with wooden tables including glass top and carriage (on rent basis) with refreshment table 10 Carriage of VIP chairs from conference hall to S.K. stadium and their return back to conference Hall including all cost and carriage of materials by way of 407 truck. 11 Supply and installation of plastic chairs including loading, unloading complete. 12 Providing/Fixing display board including cost of computerised writing , making of LOGO of Independence Day. 13 P/F of Sign boards including computerised writing complete as directed by Site incharge Engineer. 14 Supply/ installation of New Red Carpet on rent basis. 15 Engagement of Labours for cleaning purpose if required. 16 Construction of Poplar Wood Stage with 19mm thick ply board.Size 20`-0x20`-0. 17 Supplying of Air freshners.
