    Supply Of Cup With Saucer, Glass And Copper Water Bottle , Description , Cup With Saucer(1 Set-6 Pairs) , Glass Tumbler (1 Set- 6 Pieces) , Copper Water Bottle , Note: (I)Cup With Saucer (1 Set-6 Pairs): Maximum Price Per Set (In Inr): <= Inr 950.00 Excluding Gst (Ii)Glass (1 Set- 6 Pieces): Maximum Price Per Set (In Inr): <= Inr 800.00 Excluding Gst (Iii) Copper Water Bottle: Maximum Price Per Unit (In Inr): <= Inr 800.00 Excluding Gst (Iv) A) Best Quality And Branded Products To Be Offered With Sample And Price Quoted Should Not Be Beyond (-)5% Of The Maximum Limit Of The Price As Mentioned Above. B) The Bidder May Quote For A Single Or Multiple Lines As Applicable. It Is Not Mandatory To Quote For All The Items. C) Preferred Bidder Shall Be Evaluated Based On Selected Sample Against Each Item. However, In Case For One Line Item, Sample Of More Than One Bidders Are Selected Then The Preferred Bidder Will Be Evaluated Based On Lowest Offer Against That Line Item. D) Sample Should Not Be From The Old Stock. All The Samples To Be Submitted Must Be Of Latest Design And Manufacturing Batch Not Earlier Than 6 Months From The Date Of Issue Of Tender. Samples To Be Submitted In Full Set Of Each Product As Indicated In The Technical Specification In Original Sealed Packet With Legible Manufacturing Details Indicating The Product Details, Specification, Mrp Without Any Tampering And Any Other Information From The Manufacturer.
