Bids Are Invited For Customized Amc/Cmc For Pre-Owned Products - 40 Kva Online Ups; Alpha Power Solutions; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (Cmc); As And When Required; No 24 CMC includes -Defective items to replace with new spares (Including all spares except batteries and inverter transformer). -Cleaning of Batteries and UPS -Checking of all cable connections, voltage, current, etc. -Regular service CMC period (1 year from the start date of CMC) The Comprehensive CMC commences after the completion of warranty period provided after repair. -This contract includes 2 maintenance visits in the contract year and emergency visit as and when required. - Maintenance visit shall be made within the 3-4 days from date of intimation from CFSPTI-CEAH Number of visits -Emergency/Breakdown visit shall be made within 2 days from date of intimation from CFSPTI-CEAH -Payment shall be made on half yearly basis. -All necessary tools and instruments required for carrying out the service and maintenance is in the scope of the service provider The maintenance Agreement includes everything in UPS (Except Transformer, capacitors) and Batteries by the service provider. (No Battery Replacement) Exclusions Of Consumables And Spares This Agreement does not cover break downs or services or spare cost arising out of misuses of the equipment, such as tampering, falling down, etc. The Agreement excludes damages due to fire, riots, accidents or any other exceptional circumstances. Down time of UPS system Defective component should be replaced with new spare within 5 days from the date of identification of problem by CFSPTI-CEAH by the service provider covered under the scope of the work. There shall be no limitation in emergency parts replacement visits. Taxes The Maintenance charges exclude any taxes and Governmental existing or new law. Months.
